Site, environnement, chambre Accueil , l'hotel nous avait confirmé un transfert aéroport, hotel avec un prix de 50 euros le transfert, mais nous sommes toujours dans l'attente de notre prise en charge et à savoir que nous avons payé 30 euros un taxi... , disponibilité du personnel, et surtout la nourriture qui était infecte (fruits abimés, légumes non cuits et tout sans saveur....) |

le bon accueil du personnel qui fait tout son possible afin que le séjour passé dans l'hôtel soit le plus agréable possible. l'attente trop longue lors de l'arrivée avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre (non prête). |

La nourriture qui est assez variée, l'équipe d'animation qui malgré leur nombre a essayé tant bien que mal de mettre un peu de vie au sein de l'hôtel. L'accueil qui a été déplaisant, pas de sourire, pressé tout le temps, ils devraient avoir plus le souci du client et bien plus aimable surtout. Les personnes s'occupant du nettoyage des chambres ont été très agréables. |
