We like the buffet breakfast.The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The buffet dinner in the hotel was disappointing.It was over priced as well. The wifi is only available in first floor. It would be useful if we can access to it in the room.

موقع الفندق جيد وطاقم الفندق جيد جداً وممييزين في خدمة الزبون ومساعدته قلة أصناف وجبة الإفطار ويجب عدم استعمال أسطوانة الغاز داخل موقع الفطور قد يسبب حريق والأفضل استبداله بموقد كهرباءى

A notre arrivée premier réceptionniste raciste envers les femmes et surtout les blanches visblement, nous a laissé presque 30 minutes sans daigner s'occuper de nous, un autre receptionniste très gentil par la suite est arrivé et c'est occupé de nous et a trouvé notre réservation sans problème.

4 choses: j ai tombé sur une chambre spéciale , une fenêtre qui se ferme pas, une porte qu il faut claquer pour fermer, téléphone ne marche paset finalement une télécommande de télé absente. Je réclame quatre fois avant qu il viennent me réparer la fenêtre. Un séjour à oublier

Nel complesso le camere e il bagno sono spaziose e pulite, ma le foto delle camere dell'hotel su internet sono molto datate, come pure l'arredamento delle camere; la moquette presenta vistose macchie. Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in altro hotel della stessa categoria, zona e prezzo, sempre prenotato tramite booking.com ed era decisamente migliore.

Quand on a demande un taxi pour aller a l'aeroport ils ont appellé une compagnie qui charge des tarifs abusifs (6 fois de plus que si j'avais prix un taxi a la porte de l'hotel.

Le personnel est aimable, toujours disponible même si nous étions à Tunis pendant les jours d'émeute du l'avenue Habib Bourguiba. Le restaurant est un peu cher pour ce que l'on mange, mais dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité/prix est excellent

Fruestueck war sehr in Ordnung und auch das Abendessen (Buffet) braucht einen Vergleich mit dem dortigen externen Angebot nicht zu fürchten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind durchaus wortkarg.
