Loumaile Lodge is located in the heart of Nuku'alofa, 10 metres from the Royal Tomb and 100 metres from the Royal Palace. It offers a restaurant and free parking on site. The air-conditioned guest rooms are fitted with a work desk, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The en suite bathroom comes with toiletries and a hairdryer. No internet, no television, bed unsatisfactory. Cost was excessive - top$310.00. I later found similar establishment in the same area for half the price.

Big room, air conditioning, big bathroom; central location Street noise all night; see through curtains could not sleep; attached restaurant service and meals poor/inedible; biggest negative bed as hard as nails and very uncomfortable; power plugs unsafe and pulled away from the wall in the room and bathroom sockets not on safe curcuits. No information provided on shopping, eating out or taxis etc main area uncomfortably hot no service for bags down two flights of stairs.
