The photos looked nice on the web but I didn't stay there so I can't say The key reason for the expensive booking was to get an internet connection from the room so I (the person who made the booking in Australia) and my Tongan girlfriend could spend a night on webcam from her room. I specifically checked the website and it clearly said there was Wi-Fi from all parts of the hotel. There was no Wi-Fi from her room and only weak Wi-Fi from the bar. Hardly private for our purposes. Also I authorised my credit card on booking.com yet the hotel is putting me through this 3-part paper process to pay the tariff on my credit card. Cumbersome particularly when my home scanner is not working

The owner and staff were very friendly, kind and helpful in trying to locate our delayed luggage coming from Figi on Air Pacific. They were great. The food in the dining room was very good and the interior of the hotel was nicely decorated. The hotel exterior could definately use some attention to some new paint and repairs. Not bad, just weathered and worn in places
