A bigger sign as we drove past it....lol Nothing it was all good.
Qwerky little wooden houses. Excellent view of the sea, had the best nights sleep in ages. Breakfast was an added bonus as we didn't expect it..and it was delicious. Will defiantly stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a private beach in front of the hotel that was a very good surprise.

Huts are nice but matresses awfull. I almost couldn't sleep, because the springs were coming out. Then they said they have a restaurant so you think you can have lunch or dinner but they only serve them some days (if they have a group) and it is a menu for 40 liras per person. You cannot chose. Some salads, beans (mezze) and meat or fish (farmed fish, of course not wild fish). Too expensive for the proes outside. Better go to down town an check. It is worth it.
The place is nice, the location is perfect. Outside Kas, with a tiny nice stone beach and some beds. Huts are nice but ...

The bathroom was broken and it was completely flooded. They did not fixed after waiting for two days and then we decided to leave the hotel. Afterwards they did not want also to return our money back even if it was their problem. The hotel manager got unpolite and agressive when we asked him for our money back. Personal was very unfriendly and always tried to cheat us. I.E: For the laundry service they try to charge us 90 TRY (around 30€ for 7 kg, normally is around 25 TRY or cheaper). The rooms were dirty, stinky and full of bugs (cocroaches are welcome). The room doors also were not closing properly. The private beach contained roasted metals and small pieces of broken glass (a wasp nest was also there). The breakfast was not good, cuttlery was always dirty and bread was from a week ago. The service only speaks english when they are insterested. They were speaking us english but when booking.com tried to reach them, they were always hanging up the phone in front of us saying that they no speak english.
Views from outside.

The staff was not really welcoming and they didn't speak a word of English so they can not help us to have more informations...
The view and the bungalows give the feeling that we are in holidays. Breakfast was really good.

- Rooms are a bit small, dark and with little available high / clearance. However overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend to any people with car
- Calm bungalow setting with a nice seaside view - Extremely nice staff especially one guy who was very welcoming (short one) and helping with sunbeds, bags etc... - Private beach

In general was like army camp...

Inexperienced staff, owner does not solve problems, no decent food, old equipment which breaks, rusty stairs in the sea, expensive for such a low quality place. Additionally the booking price was found to be different from their real price. No refund was made.
The sea and the small beach

Wifi was poor in my room, the bathroom smelled a bit.
The hotel is outside of big and noisy, expensive city, very quiet, with nice breakfast, and private beqch, which was excellent.

Very cozy rooms overlooking the sea at an afordable price. I'm a fan of wooden houses and, to my taste, these are perfectly sized and priced. Perfect for a couple of relaxing days. The guy owning the place is as attentive as one can be. After some hours on the 10-meters-long beach in front of the hotel, he gave us some slices of watermelon to freshen up. Also, during a dinner, he wanted us to taste his uncle's white wine and offered a couple glasses. If you want to be close to Kas city center, beware that it is a 45 minutes walk from Aga Motel. The one time we called a taxi to go to the bus station it was 20TL. Note: All bus routes going north (to Kalkan, Patara, etc..) drive right in front of the hotel, so there's no need on going to the bus station at Kas (as we did) to get the bus. You can wait for it in front of the hotel and stop it there as if it were a taxi. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Not much to do on the spot besides lying on the small beach I mentioned, but it is easy to get to Kas for a nice dinner or to some of the beaches in the north with an hour bus drive.
