Nice hotel and very good location (near to major sights such as Hagiasophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar). Recommendation of eating fish in an famous restaurant under the bridge (Galata Bridge); there are nothing special than in a regular one, but for sure is an very expensive one. Please do not recommend again that restaurant. |

Their breakfast was excellent. The junior staff was very friendly and made an attempt to communicate with us. The locality was central and within walking distance of most of the more important historical sites and shopping areas. Most of the senior staff appears unfriendly. Maybe it was because they had difficulty in communicating in English. Generally other services like laundry, dining, etc very expensive. The room was small and the AC takes about an hour to cool down our room. You had to pay for your full stay amount the day you arrive, |

The location is excellent as well as the view from the roof restaurant looking towards the Blue Mosque. The hotel is attractively presented. I would have liked a small chair in my room (a double/twin room) |

Convenient location for tourists. Internet worked fine. View from the room was fantastic. Rooms are very poorly furnished. In our Deluxe room, there was no place (drawer or table or rack) to keep shirts, clothes, shoes or suitcases .. you have to literally manage from your suitcase. The only furniture in a "double room" was a small table, one chair apart from 2 single beds!! |

The view from the restaurant on the top floor is phenomenal! The hotel is well maintained and that adds a great deal to the atmosphere. |

The hotel was in a good location and had fantastic views of the mosques and the Bosphorous. The evening and restaurant staff were particularly friendly. The rooms were very small and cramped, and you could hear everything through the wall. I thought it was a little overpriced, and the breakfast was terrible (lots of options, just none of them good). |
