The staff is really nice and made us feel very comfortable. Turkish hospitality at its best. This hotel is in the vicinity of Sultan Ahmet area, so you can cover 80% of your museum visits by a quick walking distance. As a muslim traveler, I really liked that fact that the Mosques were at a walking distance, so my husband could observe his prayers in the mosque.

The staff were very helpful. They were willing and tried to make our stay comfortable as possible. Location. Really close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Lot's shopping and food available nearby. Tram is within less than 5 minute walk.

The breakfast could be better.

We have stayed at Hotels in Istanbul 4 times now and this was certainly the best. The staff couldn't do enough for you, they were able to advise and help plan trips. They sorted out our transfers from and to the airport with no problems. The Turkish breakfast was plentyful and was constantly topped up as the morning went on. The Reception Staff and Oslem in the office were among the nicest people we hav ever meet. 100% to this Hotel well done hotel acra

The location was perfect; near all historical sites and very nice area where there were lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well furnished. We loved the carpets and the decor. Staff was very helpful and available to give recommendations.

There was a little problem with the smell of drainage at the bathroom. I think we could have asked to change the room, but we were already unpacked and we left the windows open whenever possible. I guess also the price was a bit high, as all our friends who stayed in similar hotels in the same area and at the same time period paid a lot less. We loved the hotel in any case and we would stay there again.

This is actually a five stars hotel. Just excellnt!!!!

We stayed for four days at the Acra Hotel. We four friends enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. It’s so convenient to reach the old part of Istanbul. Even it’s not far to reach the train station and the new part of Istanbul. We did it most without any bus and taxi. To stay in the hotel with the good breakfast in the morning after a good sleep is great. The rooms are very clean und so quiet during the night. Even the Muezzin we couldn’t hear in the early morning. Certainly we will stay again for a trip to Istanbul. It’s worth. If you arrive at the European airport the transfer is short, but also from the Asian side you can manage it. Renate und Wolfgang with friends

Friendly, polite and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent location for the major sites in Istanbul.

The hotel could get a bit noisy as there is a lot of marble, wood and tiled floors. You are aware of people in the next door and upstairs rooms.
