Adana HiltonSA Hotel  

This was my second time. Last year with my two daughters and the room was big enough for 3. Pillow menu, facilities for tea and coffee, iron and ironing board in the cupboard, very comfortable beds, bad and separate shower. The swimming pool is great and the view of the Mosque in the background is stunning. I had to have breakfast at 6.00 both times because of my flight. Last year was simple at the coffee bar very disappointing. This year in the restaurant and it was great. Near the airport and there is a giant modern shopping centre open now accross the road.

Nothing negative.

I had a very spacious room with a nice view over the river and the Sabanci mosque. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Very friendly hotel personnel.

Limited availability of the fitness because of renovation work. One really negative point was the fact that wifi was not for free (but I have been assured by the hotel their policy will change)

You have to improve on security as it's too easy to have access inside and also the elevators are too open to any one who gets in dangerously. Very very very disappointed with the issue having no pay tv as mentioned while I was doing my booking online.Did raise the issue with the front desk people and they apologized and compensated me with a bottle of wine in bucket.Could not open it as the opener was tooooo fragile and next day all the ice was water and they did not have the idea to fill it again with ice.instead a waiter opened the wine and kept it in the bucket full of water..grrrrrrrrrrrr. I asked for a dvd player which they could supply but they did not have any film in stock.SURPRISINGLY They as me to go to shopping mall to buy some films.Is this hilton?

The Staff, the Service, the Luxury of the Rooms and the leisure facilities

The hotel still feels like it was built yesterday, eveything is still shinning. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a large shopping mall oposite with a huge food court, there are fantanstic veiws from the windows. The hotel includes a indoor and outpool that are both good, sauna and a hamam (turkish bath) that is also really good. For me it was one of the most enjoyabable hotel i have stayed in Turkey.

Its too expensive but the expenses does not fill in the éxpetations.in adana all people want to stay Hilton because there isn't any hotel same gualified with Hilton when Sheraton is finishing all people. Stay Sheraton I think

Clean environment and good service. Great breakfast

The concierge service was poor. No leaflets in the room about what to do in the city. We could not reach anyone at concierge for half anhour. No map at the reception area. We ended up going to the restaurant recommended by the doorman. It took us an hour to find it because of bad directions. We could only find it by google map.

sabah kahvaltısında kruvasan gibi sıcak ve taze durması gereken bazı ürünler açıkta kapaksız bir tabakta beklediğinden kurumuştu.

Odalarda diş macunu bulundurulması rica olunur.
