A nice place to spend your family holiday full of fun was not able to fully enjoy the pool though.

Staff not understanding much English other than the manager he was nice man and would go all the way to solve the problem even during holiday.

Nice extremely spacious apartment, clean enough, but not spotless. Good breakfast served in your apartment. Very pleasant staff, but be prepared to use your phrasebook! We met the owner on the second day who was very willing to help us arrange a rafting trip.

Lots of minor issues when we arrived - no sheets for the extra beds, nylon type covers on remaining beds, not enough cutlery, insufficient air conditioning, no shade around the pool.

The staff was very friendly and made sure that our visit was as comfortable as possible. If I ever return to that area I will be sure to make this the place where I stay.

The Airconditioning and Hot Water went out, but was quickly resolved.

The hotel staff was very friendly and pleasant. They made sure I was taken care of every day during my stay. The room was very clean with nice decor. I really enjoyed the daily snacks and treats that were delivered to my room. I felt customer service was more personal at this hotel rather than just another number at larger hotels. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Antalya again.

Even though the room had a washing machine it didn't have a dryer available. But I still enjoyed my stay.

Purpose-built modern cosy hotel, professionally designed, with all the amenities, located in a quiet place within a short walking distance from the seaside alley, Duden Park waterfall, turkish baths. Convenience stores and nearest restaurants are just 5 minutes walk away.

There should be a professional staff to keep the hotel up to a consistent standard. Staff has to be english speaking, preferably having a relevant degree in hotel management. Currently the quality of staffing downgrades the hotel standard, as one may need to call the hotel owners to sort out a thing as simple as change of bulb in a lamp.

Very quit and safe place for families, the staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was very good

The hotel management shall provide more activity and some trip to tursm places and consarge information

I recommend the perfect place to relax, close to the sea and the airport. Nearby is the beautiful waterfall "Duden". Suites with kitchens. Breakfast is tasty and delivered to the room.

Konakladığımız sırada fiyatı emsallerine göre iyiydi. Güzel bir kahvaltıları var. Personel ilgili yardımsever.

Mutfak gereçleri çok yetersiz. Temizlik çok çok zayıf. Yatak odası çok dardı, yürümek imkansızdı.

Stayed here twice on two separate occasions (on the way to holidaying on the turkish coast and the evening before flying back to london). The first time we stayed the hotel room was superb and the staff attentive, the porter who assisted with our bags even helped escort us to the local bus stop and wait fort the bus to Otogar station. Our second stay was less impressive, having booked the same quality of room we were offered a smelly, dark room and when we asked for an alternate it was quite a fight to get a better more comfortable and appropriate room. location was also too far from the airport.

The apartment was fairly comfortable and in a very good location close to Duden Park and Lower Duden waterfall. There was aircraft noise but it was not too disturbing. Partial sea view. We were not charged for internet access, although it is listed as 1 euro per hour. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I would not describe the accommodation as luxurious. The apartment was not cleaned every day and although breakfast was delivered to the room dirty dishes were left unwashed.The breakfast was unimaginative and more or less the same every day. We had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out.

- evtl. Schlüssel für die Außentür verteilen, da man so immer klingeln muss - Spülmittel zum Abspülen und/oder für die Spülmaschine wäre schön, muss man sonst extra kaufen

The property is well built with high end finishes. The room is a good size suite.

Staff is totally incompetent. Room has a kitchen but no bowls, silverware etc no sheet on the bed. Mean dog lives in the garage. Hotel is very poorly managed.

Ayrıca bulunduğu yer itibariyle hem sakin hem de tüm hareketli mekanlara yakınlığı ile sosyal hayatın ve aktivitelerin ortasında. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Wir hatten die Residenz am Ende eines Urlaubs für eine Nacht gebucht, weil wir nahe am Flughafen übernachten wollten. Das Appartment war groß und gut ausgestattet, der Service sehr freundlich. Man kann einen schönen Spaziergang zu einem Park mit Wasserfall machen. WLAN kostenfrei, Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Die Residenz war nicht einfach zu finden, und ist weiter vom Flughafen entfernt als auf der Website angegeben. Angabe war 10 min, in der Realiät waren es 15min (morgens um 6). In einer Verkehrsreiceren Zeit muss man wahrscheinlich eher 2 min einrechnen. Residenz liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, Ohrenstöpsel empfohlen

Het adres in de redelijk nieuwe wijk is lastig te vinden voor een taxi chauffeur.
