Nice and friendly hotel, very close to historical monuments. The tram station is very close to the hotel if you want to go to the other side of the city. A bit noisy at night because of the nearby restaurants, but with closed windows it was ok.

The staff is very friendly and knows well the surroundings. Rooms are regularly cleaned. Nice view from the higher floors. Some of the guys don't speak english, a bit loud during the night. But hey, you'll have time to sleep when you get back home!

It was absolutely a great hotel for 3 days. Price is good and service also. Only the walls were thin but it is normal in this price range. I must tell that the service and the location is absolutely fantastic. Turkish people, friendly people. I hardly offer it for everybody for a few days to stay. Breakfast is great also and the most important, the free wifi :o) Thin walls, but not a big deal.

Its very close to most of the sites, takes about 3 minutes to get from the hotel to Hagia Sofia, 5 minutes to the Blue Mosque, on foot. The tram station that gets you to the airport is 1 minute away so you dont need to spend 20 euros on taxi. You can get by with only 2 (one for subway and one for tram). Also, it takes you 10 minutes to get to the ferryboat that would take you to Asia side. You can use the same tram station to get to Taxim square, or better yet, get a ferry to Asia (2 TL, ~1 euro), check the sites there, and get another one to Kabatas to see Dolmabahce palace. There is a wifi hotspot on every floor so you should have no problem with the internet connection while in the room. The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit smaller than the average hotel rooms, some might not like this. But since i only stayed in the room when i was asleep, i didn't actually cared.

Great location. Friendly helpful stuff. Clean rooms, though a bit small, and good breakfast. Wi-Fi!!! Stayed a second time and may come again. I know the towels are clean but they don't look it and some have holes.

The hotel has a home feel: very comfortable and pleasant. Easy to find, located on a quiet street few meters away from Gulhane tram stop; all Sultanahmet sites and also the Eminonu ferries are within short walking distance. The staff are very helpful and cheerful. My room was spacious, clean and looked modern. The wi-fi signal was excellent. I also liked the breakfast: good variety and quality of food. Overall: excellent stay. Nothing comes to mind.

I booked a double room but I got a suite with a Jacuzzi which was great!!! The hotel stuff was really really friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and there was a variety. It is very very close to Gulhane tram station, but it was also in a quite street. The room was cleaned everyday. Also, the sheets and the towels were changed every day! In addition, you can get a free cup of the or coffee in the afternoon and the reception was available 24 hours a day. I recommend this hotel and i would stay there again.

The staff, food and service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty in suggesting points of interest, tours, and even did an outstanding job of setting up a golf reservation plus transportation at a local golf course. Would definitely tell everyone I know that this is one of the best values in Istanbul. Rooms were quite small, but not out of line with it being in the Europe experience.
