Location. Friendly staff.

Couple of issues with the hotel; 1. I have stayed at the hotel previously and noted that some of the rooms had an odor due to mold or high humidity. I have asked for a room without this problem. Nothing changed. 2. While leaving I have asked for my invoice. The attendee told me that the invoice was delivered to me. It took us about an hour to sort this issue. This probably was my last stay at this hotel.

Nice linens on bed. Clean.

Air conditioner did not work. In direct flight path of planes taking off. Extremely load unless all windows are closed tight.Cheap construction that will look shabby with a few years wear, I.e. baseboards peeling off, overhead light in room falling apart. Taxi driver could not find hotel. Drove around for 30 minutes in what should have been a 10 minute drive from airport.

Good location and very friendly atmosphere. Clean hotel with good service. Close to the airport, which is very convenient e.g. for transit passangers.

Sound isolation of the rooms were horrible!!!!! you can hear every airplane that was passing!!!!! Horrible! I would not choose this hotel again! 2 night stayed and two nights couldn't sleep! Cleaning of the rooms are bad! Sheets were broken and replaced after complaint again broken. Furthermore, shower of my guest was completely stuck! my room lights were half of it broken and if they were working they had different colors and it wasn't meant to be. Toilet paper was finished. After requesting to get room cleaned, found the dirty sheets on top of my suitcase!!!! I had to put it away myself!!!!!! I didn't pay for such service. If I knew i would be like in a backpacking style I would have gone to another hotel. It is not worth the money!

shuttle service and staff is not good, its location is under airline, too noisy.

This hotel is very clean and cozy, the staff there is very nice and professional.They provide help and service very soon and very well, especially a cute boy named Aykut have left me really good impression.

The location is close to Ataturk airport and many companies are located close to the Hotel. The room was very clean and other facilities were good. The breakfast was the best part of the Hotel. You will really enjoy the same here. The price is good for Istanbul city and considering that it is close to the airport.

Its located in industrial Areas. When you have to visit the city then you have to pay much more to taxi than hotel expense.

Noisy planes overhead. Shuttle a little expensive - pick up reasonable because of parking fees and waiting for plane etc but drop - off there are no parking fees as it's just a drop off - it took about 10 minutes of their time.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotelis very handy for the airport.

As the hotel is near to the airport (a postive for us as we arrived late from the airport) there is considerable noise from aircraft. But it didn't stop us having a great night's sleep! As the breakfast room was busy the bread and coffee ran out often and the staff were asked to replenish it, which they did promptly. But they didn't do this without asking.

The breakfast variety was very good. Staff was very helpful and super friendly!

Location was near the airport (with a shuttle bus) but there was nothing close by. The rooms seemed a bit dusty.

The hotel is in a very good position, closed to the airport; its staff is very friendly and always ready to help you out, especially Alper, so kind! The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast on the roof reach and fresh! For sure the right place to stay at the right price!

The location to ataturk airport is excellent , the staff are very helpful , and the rooms and food are good .

The staff was very helpful. They let us choose our room from available ones. Organized taxi any time we needed it. It was 10 min drive from the Ataturk Airport. Suits for people who aim to stay close to airport and not go for a sightseeing. Breakfast was quite rich and delicious.

Noisy neighbors. Rooms are not sound proof. WI-Fi didn't work appropriately on different floors. There were holes on the bed sheets and pillows.Far from the main attractions.
