Airport Inn Hotel

The Hotel stuff very nice. They came to pick me up after the midnight. It takes only 10 min from the Ataturk Airport. Its right by the sea, you can run or walk in the mornings. Yes, I would come back again.

I have no negative comments... The few small facility issues were not problematic and the staff were always available to offer help.

The staff went out of their way to help us. We were unusual in that we stayed longer than their average customer so we got to know them well. They were so helpful, especially Nestlihan Dobricali, who runs the reception area. We would definitely go back. We also liked the location. We could stay close to the airport and by the sea and it was a simple train ride into the city each day. The trains are very easy to use and cheap so being out of town was easy.

There was the occasional noise from barking dogs. However, looking around Istanbul, I don't think that could be avoided.

We used hotel primarily because it was located near the airport and we had a very early morning flight. They arranged a taxi for us who was exactly on time to bring us to the airport. We chose hotel for location and price....and fact that it had a room that could fit three of us. We arrived late and left early, so really weren't looking for anything special. The roooms are big enough and also there is a big bathroom.

We should pay in euro's according to what I have booked at booking.com , but they changed it in Turkish lira which why I paid 2 euro more, a bit strange. The hotel is a bit outdated.

Not a lot, a bit seedy and in need of a refit poor breakfast supplied the airport pickup.one way no return not worth £85 for the night

Location and Staff

it's hard to describe the hotel location for Taxi

This hotel faces the marina with its walkway in a high end restaurant and hotel district so its low price is an anomoly. That is by far the best thing about it and it was not far from the airport.

The restaurant was nearly empty and it didn't seem the food was prepared there. It took a very long time to get and the waiter who was also bell person and general aide was uncertain of the menu. He didn't show it to us at first but as,ked if we wanted "fish or meat". We were given 3 verbal choices of a local fish, meatballs, or a chicken dish. We faced the marina and didn't mind the wait but it was considerable. The included breakfast seemed to have been assembled in their kitchen and brought to us at our table. No choice. First scrambled eggs we had in Turkey and they were good. Fruits and cheese and coffee and juice. Place was not a clean as I would have liked but it served our purpose well. There is no elevator and we were on the third floor.

great location very close to the airport but also right on a walking path along the coast. rooms are spacious. staff are very friendly

it was difficalt to arrive to the Hotel, Tasies could not understand the Hotel address, also there was no board at the main enterance of the Hotel for the Hotel name!!

Located near airport with free shuttle ( one way only ) which helps when you arrive tired, but should be arranged at time of booking I had to phone yourselves to setup transfer. Food good especially the fish very freash would recomend as transit hotel as to far from old town

Next morning we were on our own. Located right on waterfront, there were many restaurants available. Chose hotel for location and price....and fact that it had a room that could fit four of us. We arrived late and left early, so really weren't looking for anything special.

Sheets were very narrow on double bed, barely covered us. Staff pushed their restaurant.

Conveniently located - a 10-min drive to the airport; very friendly staff; great breakfast even at 5am. The room could do with some refurbishment but still very good value for money - and a perfect choice for spending the night before the morning flight.

Jeg hadde bestilt dette fordi det skulle være fri transport til flyplassen noe som ikke stemte. Veldig lytt holdt meg våken med mye snakk på naborommet

Zwar hat die verabredete Abholung vom Flughafen nicht geklappt, aber ein Anruf von der Touristeninformation am Flughafen genügte und keine 10 Minuten später wurden wir geholt. Der Transfer ist einmal kostenlos. Der zweite Transfer (zurück zum Flughafen) muss bezahlt werden, dass sind 15 Türkische Lira, also 7 Euro mit dem Taxi. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgeprochen freundlich, das Hotel für Istanbuler Verhältnisse ziemlich ruhig, man achtet auch innerhalb des Hotels auf Ruhe. Für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp in Istanbul unbedingt geeignet, da der Flughafen nicht weit weg ist. Wir hatten die Koffer gleich durchgebucht und sind nur mit unseren Handgepäckrucksäcken im Hotel gewesen. Schampoo, Seife und Handtücher sind vorhanden, so dass man beim Transitaufenthalt sich nicht mit solchen Dingen im Handgepäck belasten muss.

Der Preis ist ziemlich übertrieben, da das Hotel doch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es liegt in einem (netten) Außenbezirk (direkt an der Marina) von Istanbul, das Zentrum ist weit.

Manzarası çok güzel, otel çalışanları harika insanlar. Çok nezih bir atmosferi var. Misafirleri havaalanından alıyorlar. Bir daha gelmeyi planlıyorum.

Avevo prenotato la navetta dell'hotel dall'aeroporto gratuita con anticipo e non si è presentato nessuno, ho telefonato (spendendo ben 5 euro!) e sono venuti a prenderci dopo ben 40 minuti con una macchina ultra datata nella quale abbiamo fatto entrare I bagagli, il passeggino etc a forza!!! Al nostro arrivo in hotel la camera non era ancora pronta ed erano le 15 del pomeriggio!!! Il massimo qual'e' stato...?? Non si sono nemmeno scusati...!!!
