Six hotel blocks have 40 standard rooms with 25 m² floor space each. Eighty apartments are designed as in two studio suits in one villa having 60 m2 floor space. CESME is located 80 km west of the third largest city of TURKEY, IZMİR through Izmir-Cesme highway. As of 2000 census the population of Cesme is 37,372. Due to its popularity, the population rises much in the summer. Many coves and sandy beaches let people swim on the wavy shores of Cesme.
