Akdeniz Apart Hotel

I spent a week in the hotel and enjoyed every minuite of it because its right slap in the middle of town also loved the home away from home feeling as this hotel is so relaxed also enjoyed the friendship of Edward "hes irish"an stays there all the time also maet some lovely people Alex and Paul we spent good evenings there just chilling an enjoyin the craic. So anyone going there a nice evening by the bar with these three gentlemen is a must ...............................so enjoy x

Excellent location, right near old town and a block to the harbor. Large room, and breakfast was typical good Turkish breakfast. Alex was very helpful in recommendations on things to do and set up our ferry to Samos.

Tv did not work, mattress was rock hard, bathroom was not very clean, and no explanation as to how to get out of the hotel in the morning when doors were locked.

Location only.

No sunshine, damp room,towels,bed,bathroom. Dust from lamp and head of bed. Dirty and bad smelling refrigerator. Only sinlgle glass at shower. During shower, the water splashed out of shower booth and was not dry until our leaving after two nights passing. We didn't want to stay at room in day time, using only for sleep.

Location was perfect.

Musıc too loud so could not sleep

Staff was outstanding. Very nice hotel for the money. Location is great if this is your first time in Istanbul.

The food was excellent the outside bar area was very nice.

unfortunately the nearby bar was loud until early hours of the morning but thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It is located just in the heart of the city in the end of a pedestrian road. Apartment was really big and had four windows and was quiet to sleep.

Some problems we had with the Wifi. There was no coverage upstairs and in the lobby there was a connection but the system didn't work neither with Windows nor with Linux OS. I was allowed to use the hotel PC.

Breakfast was good and they didn't charge for the extra bread or cups of coffee we requested. Staff was friendly and kind. I love the open deck breakfast area in front of the aparr hotel although it was a little chilly to breakfast out in April. The place was within very easy walking distance of lots of eateries, restaurants and shops. The 24 hour kebab place - the Ali baba Kebab Centre across the apart hotel is an added bonus especially when you have teenage children who are always hungry!

The corridors were kept dark in the evenings most of the time probably to save on electricity. The showers didn't work as well also there were sounds coming from the pipes in the toilet which was quite audible at night.

La ubicación es excelente ya que está en el centro de Kusadasi y cerca de todo. *Recomiendo la visita de Millipark en la misma ciudad ya que es poco conocido este parque nacional.

Es un hotel típico de playa(tipo benidorm), familiar.

Hiçbir şeyini sevmedim her şey çok kötüydü

-çAlışan 1 personel vardı koca hotelde o da işten anlamıyor -Kahvaltı dahil kaldık. Sabah personelin, "çok dağınık olduğu için yemek salonunu kahvaltı yapmazsınız diye düşündüm" cevabıyla karşılaştık -odalar kötü havlu vs. Istemesek vermeyecekler. -Kimseye önermiyorum. Konumu güzel falan diye de gitmeyin. Kuşadası zaten küçük bi yer ayrıca merkezde 12321 tane kalacak yer var. çOk pişmanız orada kaldığımıza. 2Gece ayırtmamıza rağmen sadece 1 gece dayanabildik.

Personelin ve otel sahibinin saygili ve ilgli ,guler yuzlu olmasi,kendimizi evimizde hissettik.tekrar tatilimizide ayni otelde kalmayi dusunuyoruz.dostlarimizada tavsiye ediyoruz.ilgilerinden dolayi otel sahibi erkan ve personel senol beylere cok tesekkur ederiz.

такое впечатление ,что жизнь когда то кипела в отеле и вдруг остановилась... может мы были не в сезон... 1.звукоизоляции от улицы никакой нет, такое впечатление , что спишь на проезжей части ... 2.санузел не в лучшем состоянии... 3.завтрак с 8-30 не удобно для экскурсий.

berbat bir otel pis çalışanlar herşey çok kötü

otelin konumu gayet iyi merkezde heryere yakın eski bir otel fakat şirin oteli sadece yatmak için kullananlar için uygun ..

otel eski bence biraz yenilenmeli , odalarda en azından 32 ekran bi tv olsa iyiydi .

La posizione centrale, e la piscina che alza la media dell'hotel......ma anche le stelle !!!

Hotel centralissimo proprio sulla via principale di Kusadasi, anche le camere essenziali ma abbastanza pulite.....i bagni sono terrificanti, prima di tutto muffa nelle fughe delle piastrelle ovunque, arredi vecchi, pezzi di calcinacci caduti nascosti da un controsoffitto bianco a liste. Asciugamani cambiati due volte, non perche' passavano a pulire la camera ma perche' erano sporchi di sangue !!!!! Uno schifo. La piscina sul retro dell'albergo faceva alzare sicuramente la media. Anche se la pulizia nei "giardini" non era fatta tutti I giorni, va beh. Ero poi curioso di vedere come si mangiava, ma con mia grande sorpresa devo dire che il cibo e' ottimo. Peccato che l'hotel appartiene ad una agenzia e il proprietario l'ha affittato, perche' se rinnovassero completamente tutti I bagni, l'hotel sicuramente riacquisterebbe smalto. Comodo perche' centralissimo. Wi fi funzionava solo nella hall dove si moriva di caldo perche' non c'era l'aria condizionata, nelle camere e fuori il nulla. Consiglio sulle camere: Bagni da rifare completamente, e pulizia sufficiente

Fiyat cok uygun ve konumu cok iyi, heryere yürüme mesafesinde yakın. Otel 50 yıllık bir otel, gecmisin izlerini heryerden görmeniz mümkün. Ozelikle oradaki radyo ve klima antikaydi..

Fiyatiyla karsilastirdigimizda gercekten hersey iyiydi

Fiyat/özellik dengesi yeterli ve konum olarak merkezi yerde.

Barlar sokağına yakın olması nedeniyle sabaha kadar müzik sesi ve sokak sesleri nedeniyle uykusuz kalma riski var.

När jag kom dit tänkte jag vad är detta de var inte hemtrevligt eller som de såg ut på bilderna känner mig lurad på pengarna som jag betalade. Poolen gick inte att använda de var ugenväxt och smutsigt rummet var äckligt och väldigt dålig frukost inte värt något alls kommer aldrig att besöka detta hotell igen

Personalen som serverade eller hjälpte till förstod inte engelska så de fattade inte vad man frågade efter eller behövde hjälp med, de fylldes knappt aldrig på något toapapper de var inte ens städat de rum vi fick, poolen var inte alls som på bilder de låg löv och var allmänt smutsigt där! Väldigt dålig frukost mina barn fick inget att dricka till frukosten och bad man inte fick man inget kaffe! Nej inget hotell att rekommendera inte värt dessa 2800 kr man betalar

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid stond op een hoog niveau

Die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und die Einfachheit des Personals und des Chefs. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, wenn auch einfach.

Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder nächtigen, wenn das Bett besser wäre.
