Spacious room with double bed, small coffee-table and two chairs. Balcony overlooking the waterfront in Cannakale. A complimentary fruit selection was provided on arrival. The breakfast selection was rather monotonous and unappetising. The common areas (staircase and corridor) reeked of garlic. No possibility of having a window open at night for fresh air.

A centrally located hotel with a wonderful sea view...It is right on the centre of Canakkale which is close to the shopping centre and the main ferry port... We were given an excellent service everywhere in this hotel by a very friendly, smiling staff. Breakfast was particularly rich, plenty and tasty...Rooms must have been recently renovated as our room was spotless ( very important for my wife as she is one those cleaning freaks !! ) and our bed was very comfortable. Free wireless on every floor does also help !! We'll be back and definitely stay at this hotel again...Many thanks !

A very nice hotel excellently located on the waterfront with wonderful views across the Dardanelles if you have a front room. I particularly commend the Fish Restaurant. The breakfast offerings were very limited and clearly aimed at tour groups.

The staff here were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you, whether it was booking a table out on the deck for dinner or reserving a table in the nightclub upstairs afterwards, they were great. They were always friendly & made u feel special. In particular, the night manager (Bakri) & the public relations manager (Ahmed) went out of their way to help. One night they even organised the local band to sing requests!!!!!! Separately, the location was great & the views from the front of the hotel were excellent.

The best hotel in the area, ideally placed for Gallipoli and Troy. The staff are a delight and the facilities work. The restaurants are not too good but the one next door is great.

A/C worked well...beds were comfortable. Made reservation by Booking.com; although hotel did not show the reservation the desk clerk was able to accommodate us. Sheets were fine, but Towels did not smell good.

Odadaki menü kartında seçenek yazılı olmasına karşın, oda servisini aradığımızda istediğimiz seçeneğin olmadığı söylendi. Menü kartında bi çok tatlı seçeneği yazılıydı ancak servisi arayıp tatlı istediğimizde sadece günün tatlısı olduğu söylendi bize. Gecenin bi yarısı tatlı yemek için civardaki tesisleri seçmek zorunda kaldık. Odalarda internet olduğu söylendiğinden otelinizi tercih ettik ama maalesef odamızda internet hiç çekmedi. Bunu resepsiyona söylediğimizde bize yardımcı olmak adına banyoya yakın oturmamızı söylediler bu şekilde çekermiş. Maalesef banyo yakınında da içinde de internet çekmiyordu. Bize sunduğunuz çare komik olduğu gibi yetersizdide. İnternetin iyileştirilmesi gerekir.

Konumu mükemmel.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü.Şirin ve güzel bir otel. Otelin oda kapıları çok iyi olmasına rağmen balkon kapıları ve pencereleri ahşapolmasından dolayı zor kapanıyordu.

Personel güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Ikinci çocuk için ek yatak isteğimizi hemen yerine getirdiler. Rezervasyon bilgilerinin Booking com' önceden iletilmiş olduğunu tahmin ediyorum ancak otele gittiğimizde sanki geleceğimizden haberleri yok gibiydi. Bize bildirilen check in zamanından epey sonra gittiğimiz halde odanın hazırlanması için biraz bekledik. İkinci olarak oda terliği bırakılmamıştı.
