Lovely helpfull onest staff, excellent food, fantastic spa, cery good location

No swimming oool

We had a fantastic room and the personal were very friendly and helpful.

We did not like the town Izmir. It was difficult to find your way arround in that town.

First and best of all; you exactly get what you've paid for. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They even promoted our room for an upper class room. If you are planning a short stay and brief city tour, it is the best place to stay. It gives you the comfort of a luxury hotel for the prices of a humble hostel.

It is not the best place for a long stay or a leisure trip. Facilities are not good, not recommended if you plan to spend your time in the hotel. Also the food is not delicious and not worth the money.

Friendly personnel. Car was parked by them in a locked parking space. They gave us their VIP room although we did not booked that room. Breakfast was very good.

The whole ambience of this Hotel is one of friendly but profesional efficiency, which (in my particular case,) nothing was to much trouble in assisting me with probably minor requests.but to a non Turkish speaking visitor, was invaluable and very much appreciated. Thank you.

The manager and the staff was so friendly and Kind. The breakfast and dinner also very good. Definetelly i will visit again Aksan Hotel in my next visit to Izmir.

Room was good, big.

Staff was not very friendly. They don't even greet you at the reception. Location was pretty bad with many weird night clubs around. It seemed not safe neighborhood. Breakfast was terrible not accepted for international standards. The building is old and elevator very small.

Price of the room for 4 was ok. Location is not the best, but just 6 tl by taxi to go to the bazar. Staff was good and helpful.

The choice for the breakfast is a bit poor. A better arrangement of the food is a must as well as a double check on the cleanliness of the tea spoons (I know that it may happen everywhere).

The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a range of traditional Turkish style and continental style food on offer. The room was comfortable, clean and warm and the shower was pretty good. We used the hotel to make our way to Ephesus. The hotel provided good information for tours however we used the local coach and shuttle bus option which was easily accessible from the hotel.

Very different from what I expected. Uncomfortable atmosphere for women travelling alone. Not very clean, especially the restaurant

μεγάλο δωμάτιο,κοντά στην παραλία της σμύρνης.

παλιό ξενοδοχείο,οχι πολύ καθαροί οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι.

Otel temiz, kahvaltı güzel, personel ilgili. Otel ile ilgili herhangi bir problem yok.

Konumu kötü özellikle akşam saatlerinde otele yürüyerek gitmek imkansız çünkü kötü bir çevreden geçmek zorundasınız. Merkeze uzak değil fakat çevre kötü. Otelin önünden taksiye binerek gitmek istediğimiz yerlere gittik genelde ve taksiler gayet uygun fiyatlara bıraktılar bizi.

-Cok iyi olmayan bir cevrede bulunuyor otel -Odalara her yerden ses geliyordu, ses izolasyonu iyi degildi

Tuvalet sifonu cok gurultulu çalışıyor. susmuyor. Aile olmamıza ragmen 3 ayrı tek kişilik yatak verildi. Yataklar yanılmıyorsam 90-190 bizim için kucuk kaldı.
