Very nice spa and gym, friendly personnel, nice breakfast. The personnel did not speak English well (admittedly, I could learn Turkish, but I am rarely in Turkey). In addition, the city is not a favorite location of mine.

Good location, Good food, Overal good value for the money. Not really a 5-star hotel and definately not an international hotel. No other staff except at reception was speaking English. In the whole hotel including in the bar there was no alcohol at any kind available?!?!? There was a problem with the internet connection as well - took some hours to be fixed.

At least they try to compansate and cover up for the nuisances. smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms. The smoke just fuses into your room through the ventilation. Debris left from the previous guests in the toilet is just nonacceptable. Putting a " this toilet has been cleaned for you" badge doesn't make a toilet clean.

I like my room and the staff that assist me in my hotel my internet connection was poor, well i guess maybe I was at the fourth floor but other than that everything was ok.

The first time in Aktif,but not the last time.A very friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant and as well room services. I found the exellence and luxery and design in Aktif Ankara. Next time we'll prepare to visit Ankara in March 2013 staying in Aktif Ankara with our family.

The bathroom was very dirty and old (black mold around the bathtub, hairs in the sink and on the floor....). Scratched old toilet.... The bed and pillow were ok. TV was great. Internet worked 25% of the time Breakfast was ok, but not a 5* hotel breakfast. They served instant coffee.

Good location at the roadside Standard room space Tea and coffee facilities Extremely friendly staff personnel Poorest breakfast ( 3 stars hotel level). Broken air condition in the room ( as always). Flat and hard standard pillows ( need to ask for extra pillow) Very dirty outside (street) windows Small bathroom for standard twin room The only Turkish programs available on tv Even beer not allowed in the lobby and restaurant (absolutely restricted alcohol drinks) THIS IS NOT 5 STAR HOTEL!
