Akuzun Hotel    

We really enjoy our trip the staff in this hotel was very friendly, we feel like we stay with our family, they give us help when my sister was sick they drop her to the hospital, our guide stay with us during the private ture she's excellent , try this hotel don't missing.

Great location right of the town square and close to the hamam. The courtyard and rooftop terrace were nice places to sit. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the standard Turkish breakfast spread, but they drip coffee instead of Nescafé,

Location - location - location as the old saying goes. Convenient to the center of town, short walk from the bus station. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is good also.

Friendly staff, good room, plenty of hot water, good breakfast, good location - walking distance to town center. Didn't go on any due to time, but tours can be arranged by them.

Hospitality and cleannes are de best characteristics of that hotel. in my opinion can be considered as four stars under the point of view of the highest level standars. Magnific garden. Finaly my advise : follow the staff advises regarding visits, restaurants, etc. are really very good. A very good choosing if you are in Urgup.

We were unsure of the area in Cappadocia but we figured we would give this hotel a chance and see how it turned out. We could not have been more delighted! While passing other hotels on the way we were starting to get nervous, seeing their conditions and locations. When we arrived it was simply breath taking. The views were amazing, the hotel is located 1 block away from the center of Urgup, the area surrounding was wonderful. The room was a normal size and nothing spectacular but very much like home and we had two large windows over looking a huge balcony with vines draping everywhere and the best view we could imagine. The staff, family owned, was outstanding and very helpful! The included breakfast was very Turkish and delicious. Restaurants nearby were priced fairly and everything was so close you could walk. Tours are everywhere so you can easily get anywhere you would like. Later, we investigated other hotels that were just slightly closer to some attractions and found that everything was priced very high and every shop and restaurant was also very high in price while not as appealing to the eye as Akuzan. We could not have had a more comfortable stay!

Good location, town within walking distance. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Can get tours arranged through front desk. Good WI-FI connection.

camere un po' tristi con arredi datati,l'albergo più caro di tutto il nostro soggiono ma certamente non il migliore

Leuk dorpje, rustige ligging, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schoon en mooi hotel met schone comfortable kamers, mooi dakterras en tuin. Goede lokatie voor het verkennen vd omgeving

Otel konum olarak çoğu yere yürüyüş mesafesinde olduğundan çok avantajlı..Personelin yaklaşımı gerçekten çok içten ve samimiydi..Temizlik yönünden dörtdörtlük...

Konum olarak uygun.Fiyat seviyesi uygun.Görevliler son derece ilgili ve profesyonel.Temizlik ve hizmet son derece iyi.

Merkezi konumu iyiydi. Kahvaltı fena değil..

Odalar biraz küçük.Yataklar ufak tefek olmayan insanlar için biraz küçük ve rahatsız. Kliması yok (en azından bizim kaldığımız odada yok) ve kaloriferler çok fazla ısıtıyordu. Bunun yanında özellikle banyoda sabit duş olması kesinlikle olumsuz tarafları.. Bunun yanında ilk gün otel yoğun diye odamızın temizliği yapılmadı. Giriş katındaki odamız gerçekten hem gürültülü hemde dış ortamla fazla samimi!! ve pencereden dışarı çok rahat çıkabileceğiniz kadar da alçak. Bu yüzden perdeleri açmanız mümkün değil ki açtığınızda pencerenizin önünde birilerini dikilirken bulmanız oldukça olası...

Konumu, sehir merkezine cok yakın, yürümek çok kolay.

Odalar cok kucuk, eski ve köhne, ve temiz değil, yatak örtüleri çok eski ve kokuyor, odaya girebilmek için 14.30'a kadar bekledik ve bütün gece yolda olduğumuzu dinlenmek istediğimizi özellikle belirtmemize rağmen saat 17.00'e kadar elektrikli süpürge sesi hic kesilmedi, gürültüden uyumak dinlenmek mümkün değildi.

Çalışanlar İlgili ve samimi , otel rahat ve temiz, konumu oldukça uygun. fiyat kalite dengesi oldukça iyi.

kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir.

oda küçüktü. Banyoda lavabo çok alçakta ve küçüktü. Duş tavana bağlı ve sabitti.

Ligging om de omgeving te verkennen is uitstekend. De excursies die aangeboden worden door het hotel (als ook de ballonvaart), geven een uitgebreid en kloppend beeld van de streek. Alle hoogtepunten worden tijdens de excursies aangedaan. Goed georganiseerd, tijd om alles rustig te bekijken, inclusief goede lunch. Uiterst gastvrije en vriendelijke bejegening door het voltallige hotelpersoneel, inclusief hoteleigenaar. De mensen van het hotel zijn altijd bereid je te helpen, informeren ed, en zorgen ervoor dat je verblijf een uiterst aangenaam verblijf is. Meer dan gebruikelijk......
