The location, near the town of Urgup, 3 minutes walk to Town. The owner-- Ahmed was very helpful, and helped me out booking my tours with good discounts, His wife was a very nice lady always feeding me with food and desserts. Moussa the receptionist speaks English well. There's one particular Bar in town right accross the Bus station that I frequently go. The Bar's name is murat Bar. The waiter's name is Adam, he's very friendly and accommodating with good command of the English language, and I really had a great time every single night I was there..... But I will recommend tourists to stay in Goreme fo a cheaper, nicer views and accommodations . They will only take cash, I hope they will consider Credit Cards in the future. |

The staff were exceptional. They were helpful and friendly. When our computer didn't work with their wireless service, they let us use their laptop in the lobby. That was certainly over and above expectations. The Turkish breakfast was good. The room was small for two people, but in fairness to the hotel, they did offer us a larger room which we refused. |

Nice personnel and very helpful. Garden of hotel is very nice, too, especially in that zone, where is so much rock. Anyway, the whole Capadoccia area is magnificent.Rooms are clean and bath is good enough. Price of the rooms is quite OK for the Urgup area. |

The garden/eating area was beautıful and very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and english is spoken. The reception desk area was extremely comfortable to sit in with nice furniture both there and in the eating area. İ had no need for aırconditioning as the climate was fresh. İ arrived early and was given a choice of floor and room. The hotel staff were very efficient and the airport transfers were prompt and the tours were easily booked from the hotel. The visitors to the hotel were international and the garden is safe for children. The hotel is a short walk to the cafes bars and shops in Urgup but in a quiet area with little noise. the bedroom was spacıous and simply furnished and there was TV and internet. Beautıful bathroom. |

The atmosphere is excellent. The staff is very welcoming. Located 3 minutes walking distance from center and Hammam. Nice garden. You get a very good deal for the price paid. Very recomended. |

Have been in Akuzun hotel for 4 nights.The Atmosphere was really perfect,staff very friendly,the Garden is amazing,nice relaxing hotel.Recommend to anyone who is looking to rest himself and spend some good time exploring the unique area around.The hotel is perfecytly managed and kept in a very good condition.Staff is doing the best all guests to feel comfortable and well. for the standard of the hotel the quality is perfect! |

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. ambiente carino. excellent value for money. nice environment. colazioni non abbondantissime, ma sufficienti. attenzione alla linea telefonica utilizzata dallo staff nel caso di telefonate dall'albergo (abbiamo pagato una chiamata interurbana di 5 minuti quattro volte tanto quanto avremmo speso da telefonia mobile). breakfast is not abundant, but sufficient. attention to the telephone line used by the staff in case of phone calls from the hotel. |

El hotel y el entorno es muy bonito, superó nuestras expectativas. La habitación con mucha luz y bastante limpia. El jardín es precioso.El chico de recepción fuy muy amable, siempre pendiente de nosotros. En el desayuno, por hacerse en el exterior, tienes que ir con cuidado con las avispas que se instalan en los platos! Y como en casi todos los hoteles que esuvimos de Turquía echamos de menos el ascensor. |

Midden in een van de mooiste plekjes op aarde, Cappadocia, is Hotel Akuzun een ware verrijking van een fantastische vakantie. De gastvrijheid en openheid van de Turkse cultuur en mentaliteit ervaar je hier aan den lijve. In Akuzun Hotel ben je echt te gast, en niet zomaar een klant, door de persoonlijke aandacht en interesse waarmee je onthaald wordt. De service en de sfeer is ronduit top! |
