Everything it is the worst hotel in its category that I have stayed in, poor service. cold food and lack of interest by the Management with regards to complaints. will not be making a repeat visit

We had a vey nice room with sea view. Nice price at End of November! "All inclusive" might appear as a bit disappointing for some people as only (cold) simple red wine, white wine and rose wine were served for the dinner. The waiters were a bit sleepy and did not recognize our empty glasses. But, it was possible with self service.....

Not much We met some nice staff mainly the girl that served the drinks in reception area and the cleaner that looked after our room/ The cold food nothing to do during day as it was raining nothing planned for inside.

Poor customer services, the staff always replied "not possible" to all our requests without even listening the request. Too rigid interpretation of rules, I not advice to go there unless you've not requests
