Surtout le personnel qui est vraiment très sympathique, l'emplacement, la piscine, la plage, la cuisine, presque tout... Juste un petit laisser aller au niveau de la propreté |

i picked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights and it served this purpose very well. they offered me a car transfer to the airport in the morning, did the wake up call on time and the staff was very friendly and helpful the price for the hotel included half board, however i arrived too late for the dinner and left too early for breakfast. they offered me a packed breakfast instead, but it never happened |

The night manager Cleanliness not good, worn carpets, in need of refurbishment, bathroom had mold and hair in the bath. Blood found on the pillows - not good! Breakfast was a disgrace food had cling flim over dishes which looked like they had been there for hours, flies over food, choice of food non existant, The only assest being the staff who were friendly and accomodating. |

Only stayed one night, therefore it was ok. it was close to the public beach, but they do have their "own beach" which u have to take the bus they provide... maybe it would be better than the public one... |

It was handy for the airport and our drive to Side THe hotel is tiered the food is poor and the night club next door goes on till 3amThe buses start at 6 every 5 minutes |

Everyone in the hotel were very kind and helpful, the staff and other guests. The food was ok, but nothing special and the rooms were very clean. Public beach is near the hotel (approximately 200m) but there is a private beach (4 km away) of the hotel. It is easily reachable by the bus because there are buses every 2 minutes or by the hotel shuttle. You do not have to pay anything (entrance, sunbeds nor parasols) except for the food and beverages of course. Hotel staff, except for the receptionist, does not speak English at all but we managed to understand each other. |

The staff was helpful and nice Hotel very very dirty- it is far away from 3 stars - the private beach is far and have to go with bus. Need complete renovation. Too expensive for the price they charge, very bad experience. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed there one night to go to the airport in the morning. I can recomand it for that. The shower was cold. |

Reasonable price. The staff was polite. Shuttle to the beach. The breakfast had a very poor quality. Same thing every day and no variation at all. Even the dinner was not much to say about. We had free dinner for a week but stopped eating at the hotel after the second evening. Apart from the food, the hotel is good and worth its price. |

the staff is very kind and speak an acceptable English. the price is fair regarding to the offer of the hotel. well situated in lara beach. The room is large the room is not cleaned every day although we requested that several times. the bathroom should be changed as it is getting old and not so clean. Near the hotel (like all lara hotels), there is a public beach, you have to take tranport to go to the beach of the hotel |

Det var udmærket under mit ophold med maden,personalet,services,rengøringen med det hele. Det Baren ved siden på hotelet der skal lukkes fordi hoj musik hele natten genert mit natte søvnig. |

Nette Mitarbeiter Frühstücksbüffet (es gab ein paar Tage lang keinen Kaffee), das Zimmermächen hat bei 6 Übernachtungen nur 2mal das Zimmer gemacht |

El hotel es sencillo pero correcto. Cerca de la playa y con piscina ideal si vas con niños. El personal del restaurante y los desayunos que eran malos y muy pobres. |

По прибытию менеджер спросил бронь,я показал и за это он с нас(я был с женой)попросил на 25$ больше за каждый день ,чем у других(за 11 дней -275$) ,сказал,чтобы дали сразу или в противном случае -показал на дверь.Мы были в дороге сутки ,жена была уставшей до невозможности(нам даже не предложили воды) , и мне пришлось согласиться.Объяснил менеджер такую "надбавку" на цену моим бронированием в booking.com,сославшись на то ,что если бы я пришёл просто с улицы цена была бы на 275$ меньше,а так им приходится платить booking.com.(за мой счёт). В первый же ужин произошёл ещё один лохотрон:во время трапезы мы попросили у официанта воды,т.к из напитков на ужине не было ничего.Нам принесли ,ничего не предупредив ,а в конце дали счет на 2$ за 1л воды Надо гнать их старшего менеджера в шею,а повару прибавить зарплату за отличные блюда |
