Albatros Premier Hotel

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr hübsch und die Lage des Hotels zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr günstig. Das Personal war nett und das Frühstücksbüffet für Europäer zufriedenstellend. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und und das kleine Restaurant dort ist auch abends bewirtschaftet, sogar als Bar bis in die späte Nacht.

Die Renovierungsarbeiten waren noch nicht komplett abgeschlossen. In unserem Zimmer fehlten die Bodenleisten, es war kein Safe vorhanden, und im Bad waren noch die Silikonspuren vom Anbringen der Sanitäreinrichtungen auf dem Fußboden und an den Kacheln zu sehen, ebenso der Staub vom Verfugen der Kacheln. Ebenso waren noch Handwerkerspuren an den Fenstern, die Fenstergriffe waren locker und die Heizung liess sich nicht abstellen. An machen Stellen im Hotel fehlten teilweise noch die Zierleisten, es standen Nägel heraus und es waren noch die Abklebebänder der Maler zu sehen.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sichere Gegend, immer Taxis vor dem Hotel, Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. the location of the hotel is quite good but it was difficult to find the hotel for the first time. Rooms are clean and nice but the absence of the Internet in the room does not allow to classify the hotel as an excellent one.

Absence of the Internet in the room. We did not like our first room on the ground floor but then we were given an excellent room with the balcony on the second floor.

Availability of Wi-Fi with good connection speed. Early check-in at 7 AM. Very helpful and nice personnel and management.

have better TV receiver and more English speaking channels (there are only three at this time). Somewhat more vegetables and meat in the menu for breakfast. Some natural juices for breakfast.

The staff could have been more helpful with the exception of the woman at the reception. She was very helpful. I did not expect to pay for calls to reception with the above average cost of the rooms.

Good location, nice room, but smaller than expected. Clean. Ok bathroom, but hairdryer not good. Clean towels every day. Nice staff!

The superiorroom a lot smaller than I thought. First night we got a room with 3 single beds, even though the hotel asked me one month before arrivel about what bed I wanted, and promised to organize a room with doublebed for me. Second day we got room with doublebed, but a triple room with one extra bed. Would prefer more space and not extra bed. Our first room had waterheater, but no cups. I asked in reception, and they promised to bring to my room, but didnt. Second room didnt have waterheater as promised. They come to check the minibar every day, even though we are in the room. Breakfast could be improved, but not the worst. Bad tv-signals, but many channels though...

-Airconditioning did not work for the first 3 days, -Bed really hard, -Bad TV reception with al kinds of snowy programs

1) Information on the site "chek-in from 07:00" is wrong, because really "chek-in from 07:00 only if hotel has free room". Chek-out 12:00, so hotel has free room only after chek-out 12:00. 2) Hotel needs new towels, because the towels with dirty and holes.
