bath room floor is too dirty, need to clean properly, house keeping staff has to take initiative to keep bath room well cleaned, room service staff needs to learn how to account a mini bar properly to avoid any cofusion at the time of check out as they charged us a drink which we did'nt had. |

Staff were always helpful The carpet didn't look too clean to me and I like to walk around barefoot in my hotel room. This time, I kept my shoes on! |

Part of the staff was helpful and I got myself with a good room view. It's placed in a dirty, poor city area, as you will remark mostly during the night. The hotel has an unmaintained look. The only available (improvised) parking is in a backstreet area that i wouldn't visit even with Google Maps. |

Very good localisation and helpful staff. On 6 level very nice view for city. Parkplace for car wasn't next to the hotel, but in other place. I have to wait for my car. In bathroom was broken shower. |

Price was ok. staff was ok too. If you need cheap acomodation for couple of days it is just average. I would not recomend this hotel to couples or families it more suitable for male friends. Rooms need maintanace. i and my friends did not fell very comfortable with the ambiance and other hotel residents. It was bit low profile hotel. spa centre, hamam and swimming pool(if there is one) is not in the hotel it is in the next building and you pay for it extra. |

The receptionist tried to trick us when we had to pay for the rooms. We argued with him for 15 minutes until he admited that he was asking to much money. So be carrefull. On the other hand, the sheets in the room were not very clean. Also, I had a hard time finding the hotel with my GPS, so I suggest you print a map if you plan to go there by car. |

La seule chose que j ai aime est que le lit etait propre et assez confortable Le reste de la chambre et la salle de bain etaient tres sales. Assez bruyant malgre que la chambre etait au 7ieme etage. Le personnel nous a donne de mauvais renseignements. Les taxis que l on a pris tout pres etaient des fraudeurs. |

De schoonmaak was uitstekend! Uitstekende ligging t.o.v. metro + wijk Alsancak Kamer was té klein voor 3 personen / ontbijt was erg eenzijdig en steeds hetzelfde,. het mag gevarieerder / beter verlichting op de gangen / té weinig kledinghangers in kasten / de staat van de badkamer was slecht (losse toiletpot /lekkende douchecabine) |

De buurt waar het hotel zich bevindt, staat bekend als een slecht en gevaarlijk buurt. Na 22u wordt het de dames niet aangeraden om alleen op straat te lopen. Verder is het personeel vaag en niet aardig; ze zijn niet echt bereid om te helpen. Ons toilet was in de avond verstopt. |

Der Manager Zeki war sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Fälschlicherweise wurde die Poolbenuzung nicht als kostenpflichtig auf ihrer Internetseite ausgeschrieben. |
