The room was clean, big, tidy. Breakfast was delicious they had a lot of variety.

I will never stay in the 6th floor it was very noisy. There is a multipurpose hall on the 7th floor the first night there was a conference which stayed until 12:30 aftermidnight and the second night there was a wedding but I went to reception and I asked them to change my room immediately. Moreover, they had no transformers for electricity we had to buy them from the hotel for my personal blowdry

It's locations is perfectly near to shopping places.

The hotel staff at reception lack the professionalism in dealing with customer and their needs. I think the Arabs from GCC makes this hotel busy.

Clean rooms, very pleasent people

At night there is load music which appeared comming from the 7th floor causing some disturbance.

A truely five starts hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice enterance. Comfortable rooms with free internet WiFi. Excellent facilities: Spa, kids playing room. Location is great as it near a garden and a mall.

What really bothered us was the a/c unavailability. The weather was fine before coming to Bursa but when was there; there was an increase in temperature (25) and still the a/c system was turned to heaters only.

the location, the food, the staff, the service was very good

I stayed on the 6th floor during the weekend and it was impossible to sleep !! There were two wedding parties on the weekend until 1 am and it feels like a nightclub in your room !!

من خلال زياراتي العديدة لأنحاء العالم لم أجد فندق يقدم وجبة إفطار بالغنى الذي شاهدته في الميرا بورصة ,من حيث الجودة والنظافة والتنوع ونضوجة المنتوجات المقدمة , اكثر من عشرة اصناف اجبان , ثمانية اصناف من الزيتون الطازج المخبوزات الطازجة يوميا والمتنوعة, والقهوة والشاي وغيرها . الترحيب من قبل الجميع كان رائعا والخدمة بشكل عام ممتازة . ارشح وبقوة النزول في الفندق .
