the Hotel is located in the middle of old souk of kaleici staff was so rude, as well we had lot of problems in communicating with them, since they don't speak english, the hotel has other rooms outside the main building , were you have to walk for about 10 minutes to have your breakfast or to benefit of the hotel facilities. we had to go in narrow ally and streets full of dogs every time we want anything from our hotel. which was not indicated in our reservation form. the pictures displayed on the website were for the main building. |

The hotel has a good location, it offers easy access to the city and its surrounding areas. You feel in the heart of old town. The hotel is small and not all rooms are located in the main building. We were placed in a room that was bigger than the one we had booked but it wasn't necessarily an upgrade as the room had no Internet, no phone and several hotel amenities were not provided. Staff had a nice attitude but at the same time were a bit unhelpful. The hotel obviously lacks of standards and procedures for its personnel which makes it hard when you don't speak their language. |

On arrival late at night we were told our room was not available and we had to go by golf cart to another hotel down the street .It was midnight and we could not get our room until the next afternoon. The excuse was electrical problems,but we found out later that a lot of people had the same experieenc. We were told that we'd be upgraded at no exra charge,btt that didn't materialize either.Service was not good. Th atmosphere in the common areas was very sombre. Most of the staff did not even smile and if you asked politely for something they showed a poor attitude.We didn't feel comfortable and spent our time at beaches rather than around the hotel pool. The pool too was very tiny and located in the area where people ate and in an awkward location. |

The whirlpool in the bathroom of the luxury suite is great. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old harbour with many romantic streets to walk around. Easy to go with taxi to the Konyaalti Beach Park or to walk to the main street with many restaurants. The girls at the reception desk speak very poor English and have a bit of an attitude. Breakfast is poor, all the meats and cheeses lay in the open hot air, flies are flying on it and the food dries out very quickly. Hotel guests push you around to get what they need from the buffet. The room was not boutique at all, it had modern design atmosphere. A lot of doors slamming in the hotel which wakes you up. The price of the hotel is very steep compared with what other quality hotels you can get in the area. |

Very nice location, romantic, was with my fiance for a week, both happy with hotel. will recommend room "Menderez" - with jacuzzi, in the end of the hall - nice and quite. hotel itsealf looks very nice. not enough cherries in cherry jam :))) |

Lovely hotel & location in the old town in Antalya, by far one of the best places to stay in Antalya & we got a bargain looking @ the standard cost for rooms (150E+) Evening meal very average but massive buffet selection for breakfast & dinner, better off eating out if you want authentic Turkish meals / fish |

The hotel was set in a beautiful location with friendly staff. The hotel had poor selection of food and was a dark hotel with minimal lighting. The bathroom had no window so we expected at least some decent lights but there was only a small bulb. Breakfast had a poor choice with overnights food served at times which was stale. The pool was very small and was set in the middle of the restaurant not good. |

I specialy liked the difference of this hotel comparing it to the others. all the units (rooms, dinning place.....) are put together so interesting. staff is very nice and helpfull. hotel is in the old city - you have all the history very close. |

to many employees which all spoke a miserable english and didn´t know how to handle the basic work of a hotel. All is made to manage groups by tour operaters but not for persons who travel individually. A buffet is presented in the evening where quantity clearly outnumbers quality and which can cause diarrhea. |

Beautiful buildings and great location. Beautiful general style and decor throughout. We had a large cool comfortable room (new room in one of the annexes) with good facilities. In the rooms, only criticism would be very poor lighting in bathroom. Generally, staff were a bit scatty and unhelpful (we had one or two problems sorting out Wifi, currency etc.) plus think the dining/breakfast/pool area is a bit over-crowded - kept worrying I was going to slip into the pool when trying to weave past the bar and between tables - also breakfast gets so busy it can be hard to find room. |

I liked the feel of the hotel, it emphasised heritage in the centre of the old city whilst giving good service and value. The area is almost traffic free and pleasantly quiet. I did not like the hotel self service style food but there was an expensive a la carte option available as well as plenty of restaurants in the area |

Staff were very helpful and most were friendly. Central to all resort attractions but with a private feel. Pretty gardens.and food good. Indoor dining area is dark as are the bathrooms. Would have liked in room internet . |

Very nice rooms, we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi suites. Location was excellent, able to walk to most Antalya sights. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay! |

The hotel itself is beautiful and room was comfortable and quiet in a building next to the hotel. The fact that they demand payment on arrival. Not acceptable in any case but much less if the hotel already has access to our payment card details to secure reservation. |

Very good hotel beautiful hotel in Ottoman style,, spatious room, bathroom with jacuzzi, flat screen tv ( with even dutch television in the evening), a terrace in front of our room, good breakfast, in short value for your money, a four to five star hotel for the price of a two star hotel ( 45 Euro per night) I understand that in high season it is more than double the price.We had asked for a standard room but got a luxury one. We had only once dinner in the hotel (buffet style) which was okay, but we heard from people who had half board that the food becomes boring after a few days. Luckily we had quiet neighbours but the rooms are thin-walled as we also heard from other guests. |

Loved the room, incredible mountain view, the front desk staff were so helpful, the waiters were so professional and friendly - I would recommend this hotel to anyone - friend, family or business acquaintance - really fabulous experience wifi in all rooms would be nice |

Friendly and responsive staff. Location near city center and marina. Standard rooms are small. It’s very dark indoors, the lamps are faint. May be it’s ok in sunny summer time. |

A wonderful hotel! Perfect location in the historical district of Antalya. The old Ottoman building is wonderfully restaurated, it has a special atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, totally clean and with a touch of luxury (even though we were in a standard room). The hotel is a real bargain for this price. If you are with a car, it will be difficult to find it in the maze of narrow streets of the historical district. |
