Alp Pasa Hotel  

Location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was generally good.

There was damp mould on the bathroom walls and in the wardrobes. Drinks were quite expensive.

Alp Pasa is situated in a beautiful street deep inside the old city. The street itself is so lovely that one can immediately fall in love with the place. It's also close by to all the main city attractions, shopping centers and the beach.

A little difficult to find for the first time.

The location was terrific. The staff cordial. Our rate was very good. The breakfast chef was excellent.

There isn't much problem if everything goes well.

But if something goes wrong; for example if your key of your room door brokes in the keyhole (because it is of weak material) you are asked to pay for it. If you ask for the hotel manager to be explained and clarify this situation you can not reach and speak to him because he is a too important person to speak to a regular customer just like you.

Layla is great (reception area - speaks a few languages. She is very helpful. Place is nicely located. Food is good. Place is beautiful.

The masseur is not on location hence he might not make it. Can be Very expensive even with halfboard.

The food was good only for breakfast. Lunch and diner wasn't very good food. They take rate commission on everything you can pay ! so be carefull to always pay in turkish lira and not in euro because they apply their own rate and not the real one which is not acceptable No internet in rooms is not acceptable too for the standard of the hotel

Location and friendly staff

Rooms to dark. Lightning in both room and bathroom too poor, was not able to put on make up or read a book. Only one chair for relax for two people.

Nothing. I have stayed in this hotel for 4 times before. Every March i go to antalya to run the marathon, runtalya. I tried not to see the faults but this year is the worst. I will never want to see neither the hotel nor the stuff.

The hotel stuff were rude. All the electronic equipments like TV, hair dryer, air condition, in the room were old and didnot work. All the rooms were cold. The quality of the food was very poor. Lots of noise every night till 4 a.m. Be careful about the drinks and the food, check the bill because they can charge extra...

It was a lovely hotel, our room was very nice, was across the road to the main building, it has a stunning little courtyard .. staff were great, food was good too

we were not in the main hotel building and on our last night it was raining, we called reception but there were no umbrellas available.. so we had to wait till it stopped a bit so we could walk over to the main building for our dinner. Ladies need to be careful if u have heels

Location

Reception staff badly trained, poor welcome. Catering well below expectations. Paid for deluxe room which was standard. They insisted it was deluxe. No public areas to sit comfortably and no wifi in the rooms. No tea coffee facilities and mini bar over priced. Well below expectations . Maybe classed as boutique hotel but catering for economy market. Will not return. It would appear to be poorly managed. Not really interested in well fair of guests.

We stayed at Alp Pasa two years ago, and were very happy with that. This time the atmosphere was slightly less welcoming, but the room (which we got changed) was nice and clean, and the buffets were good. The location is very good.

We were given a rather dark room on the ground floor, because the receptionist thought I was breathing too heavily to climb the stairs! This she repeated more times.- We had our MasterCard to pay with, but the same young woman insisted on cash; first euros, then Turkish lira.

Nice to be in old town.

Small, dark, uncomfortable bedroom and, with low sloped ceilings and poor illumination. In the bath, I kept bumping my head on ceiling while using the sink and I twisted my back stepping around the door, as necessary to access the toilet and shower. In the long, narrow bedroom, could stand upright only directly under the peak of the sloped ceiling, had to step around a support post, and could barely use half the room, as there was no light fixture.

Very romantic hotel with friendly staff en good food, privat beach nearby (10 min) and shops all around the hotel

The clean rooms and get shower with full power and very hot. The owner was so helpful and friendly The location and wooden bungalows were top notch

I liked every thing

It is in Kaleici and the Ottoman Suite was OK.

The staff in the restaurant were rude and if you were not ording drinks they ignored you. The food in the restaurant both for the evening meal and breakfast were very poor quality, it seems to serve as many people as possible on a very small budget. Very poor lighting in the bedroom and the smallest bathroom we have ever seen.

We loved the old city and being right in the centre of it. Enjoyed relaxing in the city and the hotel and did not even leave the old town. The food was excellent and the half board package we booked on the internet was good value for money

The lighting in the bedrooms is very poor - especially for those of us who like to read in bed. It was almost impossible to do so as the lighting was so dim! This is our only complaint

Very nice staff and a wonderful property with lots of ambiance.

It was late August and a busy time for the hotel so housekeeping was not up to par. The key powers the room so when returning at the end of the day it took quite a while to cool the room.

We were delighted by this hotel - good big and clean rooms, nice breakfasts. The location is brilliant, five minutes of walk to the beach. We were pleased to stay in this hotel.

1: Standard Double Room bathroom included too small to navigate for 1 pers let alone 2...2: Tea bags for Bkt ( in Turkey?) also run of the mill so called orange juice and usual hotel coffee....3: lightning in the corridors at nt could be dangerous at nt 4: swimming pool more than a big bath, forget it head somewhere else too cramped

We only stayed one night but was very impressed by everything. Food was excellent and good selection of food. Room was lovely and very clean. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. We could not fault it at all and will definitely stay again

Atmosfera, posizione, ristorante, colazione. Atmosphere, position, restaurant, breakfast.

Camera molto piccola,letto piccolissimo, polvere ovunque(struttura intorno al letto, mobili,lampadari etc), illuminazione carente. The room was very small and dusty, deficient lighting.
