Conveniently located. Front Desk/Reception staff were not helpful, friendly, or welcoming in any way at any time throughout our stay. Most appeared unsmiling and I always felt I was inconveniencing them. When I asked the receptionist to make a dinner reservation at the Cafe Arma, she did not know the place and asked me to give her the phone number!

Few members of the staff spoke serviceable English, and even fewer seemed very interested in helping with problems.

- Very good location - Staff was very friendly, polite and experienced. They had always answer to questions. - Hotel looked from outside and inside very clean and well-designed - Very good idea about room: they use room names, not room numbers! - Room was large and comfortable. We had bath with jacuzzi. - Housekeeping made their work well. - We had breakfast and dinner included: various starters, main course and deserts. - Nice open-air museum. Next time when I will visit Antalya I will choose Alp Pasa hotel again and also I recommen for other visitors this hotel. - From shower the water was coming not very well - hard to wash your hair (especially if you have long one) - For dinner too expensive drinks. - Housekeeping was coming too early two times. - While we had dinner, the boss or managers were also walking around, checking how waitresses were serving. You could see all the time how boss/manager was all the time complaining that something was wrong or not done (even if everything was allright). This shows that boss/managers does not trust their staff (here comes the questions, why you hire people in who you are not certain). In my opinion serving was on excellent level.

Some of the staff, especially in the reception, were very accomodating. I was very disappointed with our stay at the Alp Pasa hotel in Antalya Turkey. We staied there for 2 weeks and then, unfotunately, purchased an extra night stay while still in the uk via Booking.com. The hotel is not a 4 star in any accounts, we had to be moved 3 times, in all the bathrooms were very dirty, in two with a terrible smell that filtered into the bedrooms. Some of the waiting staff were only interested in making money for the hotel without offering a good service, the cleaning staff in the bedrooms were overworked, sometime the bedrooms were not cleaned untill late in the afternoon causing few problems, and the beds were not remade to the standard expected by a 4 ster. In all not a very good stay that will not be repeted in the future. W De Lucis

close to shopping areas The food was average, the room had no hot water and we insisted we changed rooms from the apartment (outside of the actual hotel)we were in when all they would say is 'it will on in 10 mins' for about an hour.

I liked the infrastructure and beautiful architecture. The rooms are big and very nice. The bathroom has every facility including a jacuzzi. Unfortunately staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Therefore I will not book Alp Pasa again.

The breakfasts were good.Bed was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Fair exchange rate. We did not appreciate that the hotel, because of it's annexes, had over 100 guests, so whilst it looks from the literature like a small boutique hotel, it in fact is not. Major problem was the pool can only accommodate about 15-20 people around it max, and is not available until 10.00am. So if like us you wanted a swim before breakfast you couldn'T. And it was always full so if you wanted to relax by the pool for a couple of hours at the end of the afternoon after a day's sightseeing, you couldn't get a lounger.

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was large and clean. Alp Pasa might have been a great hotel but now it has too many rooms and it is too spread out. Our suite was quite far from the very nice original building. Breakfast is served in the garden of this building but there are just too many people cramped around the tiny swimming pool. Breakfast is also not very good. Too expensive for what you get.

The restaurant had great ambience and the food was plentiful and interesting. Dinner and breakfast were an experience to enjoy. The bed was comfortable The room was bleak and the decor uninteresting. Doorknobs were falling off and the blinds were broken. Most of the staff were very helpful but one was abrupt and not at all helpful - this may have been a language problem rather than anything else

The New Boutique Alp Pasha is excellent and beautifully presented But if the Alp Pasha is to keep it's reputation and ability to charge premium prices then it will have to ensure that it gets better Junior Staff. Nothing wrong with the Managers and Senior Staff but I could see their frustration with the young inexperienced staff they are currently hiring

The location of the hotel is great, and it's a really cute place. They also have a lovely breakfast. Staff seemed abrupt and distrustful at times, and didn't appear to communicate much at all with one another. Arrangements with the desk were not communicated to other staff, or even between shifts. Room rates seemed reasonable, but food prices were high. Service and luxury were there on the surface, but only skin deep.

Fantastic location in the old city. Our room was lovely, in one of the old houses in the area. Not enough room at breakfast time. The buffet was good but it was difficult to get to. Drinks and food were expensive compared with other places nearby.

Good location in Antalya old town - close to shops and the habor. Very nice room, very romantic pool side for dinner. The buffet dinner was ok, but nothing fancy. Very small pool with few sunbeds, and only sunny for a short period of time - but nice to cool of in the hot summer, and the shade was ok aswell :)
