The hotel has a good location, it offers easy access to the city and its surrounding areas. You feel in the heart of old town.

The hotel is small and not all rooms are located in the main building. We were placed in a room that was bigger than the one we had booked but it wasn't necessarily an upgrade as the room had no Internet, no phone and several hotel amenities were not provided. Staff had a nice attitude but at the same time were a bit unhelpful. The hotel obviously lacks of standards and procedures for its personnel which makes it hard when you don't speak their language.

On arrival late at night we were told our room was not available and we had to go by golf cart to another hotel down the street .It was midnight and we could not get our room until the next afternoon. The excuse was electrical problems,but we found out later that a lot of people had the same experieenc. We were told that we'd be upgraded at no exra charge,btt that didn't materialize either.Service was not good.

Th atmosphere in the common areas was very sombre. Most of the staff did not even smile and if you asked politely for something they showed a poor attitude.We didn't feel comfortable and spent our time at beaches rather than around the hotel pool. The pool too was very tiny and located in the area where people ate and in an awkward location.

Very nice location, romantic, was with my fiance for a week, both happy with hotel. will recommend room "Menderez" - with jacuzzi, in the end of the hall - nice and quite. hotel itsealf looks very nice.

The hotel was set in a beautiful location with friendly staff.

The hotel had poor selection of food and was a dark hotel with minimal lighting. The bathroom had no window so we expected at least some decent lights but there was only a small bulb. Breakfast had a poor choice with overnights food served at times which was stale. The pool was very small and was set in the middle of the restaurant not good.

I loved the hotel, it was definitely boutique. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful buildings and great location. Beautiful general style and decor throughout. We had a large cool comfortable room (new room in one of the annexes) with good facilities.

In the rooms, only criticism would be very poor lighting in bathroom. Generally, staff were a bit scatty and unhelpful (we had one or two problems sorting out Wifi, currency etc.) plus think the dining/breakfast/pool area is a bit over-crowded - kept worrying I was going to slip into the pool when trying to weave past the bar and between tables - also breakfast gets so busy it can be hard to find room.

I liked the feel of the hotel, it emphasised heritage in the centre of the old city whilst giving good service and value. The area is almost traffic free and pleasantly quiet.

I did not like the hotel self service style food but there was an expensive a la carte option available as well as plenty of restaurants in the area

Very nice rooms, we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi suites. Location was excellent, able to walk to most Antalya sights. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel itself is beautiful and room was comfortable and quiet in a building next to the hotel.

The fact that they demand payment on arrival. Not acceptable in any case but much less if the hotel already has access to our payment card details to secure reservation.

Loved the room, incredible mountain view, the front desk staff were so helpful, the waiters were so professional and friendly - I would recommend this hotel to anyone - friend, family or business acquaintance - really fabulous experience

wifi in all rooms would be nice

Pleasant hotel in centre of old town with comfortable rooms. In the older part rooms have Ottoman character, but not in the newer annex.

Restuarant expensive and dominated by buffet

Good location, friendly staff, variety of buffet.
