the Hotel is located in the middle of old souk of kaleici

staff was so rude, as well we had lot of problems in communicating with them, since they don't speak english, the hotel has other rooms outside the main building , were you have to walk for about 10 minutes to have your breakfast or to benefit of the hotel facilities. we had to go in narrow ally and streets full of dogs every time we want anything from our hotel. which was not indicated in our reservation form. the pictures displayed on the website were for the main building.

character of the hotel and historical motifs were quite nice though music wasnt sufficent.

The whirlpool in the bathroom of the luxury suite is great. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old harbour with many romantic streets to walk around. Easy to go with taxi to the Konyaalti Beach Park or to walk to the main street with many restaurants.

The girls at the reception desk speak very poor English and have a bit of an attitude. Breakfast is poor, all the meats and cheeses lay in the open hot air, flies are flying on it and the food dries out very quickly. Hotel guests push you around to get what they need from the buffet. The room was not boutique at all, it had modern design atmosphere. A lot of doors slamming in the hotel which wakes you up. The price of the hotel is very steep compared with what other quality hotels you can get in the area.

Lovely hotel & location in the old town in Antalya, by far one of the best places to stay in Antalya & we got a bargain looking @ the standard cost for rooms (150E+)

Evening meal very average but massive buffet selection for breakfast & dinner, better off eating out if you want authentic Turkish meals / fish

I specialy liked the difference of this hotel comparing it to the others. all the units (rooms, dinning place.....) are put together so interesting. staff is very nice and helpfull. hotel is in the old city - you have all the history very close.

to many employees which all spoke a miserable english and didn´t know how to handle the basic work of a hotel. All is made to manage groups by tour operaters but not for persons who travel individually. A buffet is presented in the evening where quantity clearly outnumbers quality and which can cause diarrhea.

General air of efficient luxury. Well presented hotel and beautifully appointed.

Staff were very helpful and most were friendly. Central to all resort attractions but with a private feel. Pretty gardens.and food good.

Indoor dining area is dark as are the bathrooms. Would have liked in room internet .

Location was great and ambience was nice

You could hear all outside noise from the courtyard in the room.

Very good hotel beautiful hotel in Ottoman style,, spatious room, bathroom with jacuzzi, flat screen tv ( with even dutch television in the evening), a terrace in front of our room, good breakfast, in short value for your money, a four to five star hotel for the price of a two star hotel ( 45 Euro per night) I understand that in high season it is more than double the price.We had asked for a standard room but got a luxury one.

We had only once dinner in the hotel (buffet style) which was okay, but we heard from people who had half board that the food becomes boring after a few days. Luckily we had quiet neighbours but the rooms are thin-walled as we also heard from other guests.

Friendly and responsive staff. Location near city center and marina.

Standard rooms are small. It’s very dark indoors, the lamps are faint. May be it’s ok in sunny summer time.

Beautiful atmosphere in the lovely, old Ottoman style building. Nicely decorated.

A wonderful hotel! Perfect location in the historical district of Antalya. The old Ottoman building is wonderfully restaurated, it has a special atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, totally clean and with a touch of luxury (even though we were in a standard room). The hotel is a real bargain for this price.

If you are with a car, it will be difficult to find it in the maze of narrow streets of the historical district.
