Location is good.. Room very nice.. Staff not helpful not friendly specially reception..very noisy in street , crazy.. With same amount you can find much better.

location is good at the old city, staff is friendly. it is not up to value for money, not good for family with young children, WiFi not available in the room, only in the common area, you have to pay for using the safe in your room, u get less than what you pay.

The Ottoman architecture gives a wonderful ambience, especially as the location is at the heart of the old city of Kaleci, and the hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. The Regency suites are in a separate building, but just across the pedestrian alleyway...well worth the money! My husband has the beginnings of a mobility problem and is using a walking stick. Whilst we managed to navigate the numerous stairs, it was a chore and all had to be traversed very carefully, including cobble stones.The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, although we loved the jacuzzi bath+shower.

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Antalya. Die Leistungen des Service (Rezeption und Restaurant) waren aufgrund von Unfähigkeit, Arroganz und nur mäßiger Freundlichkeit für uns in keinster Weise akzeptabel. Schon die Mindestanforderung eines verständlich zu führenden englischsprachigen Dialoges mit dem Gast konnte nicht erfüllt werden. Der übernachtungspreis sollte per Vorkasse ohne vorherige Besichtigung des Zimmers voll entrichtet werden. Die Führung eines engagierten Managements war nicht spürbar bzw. Nicht existent. Im Gegensatz zu der auch hoteleigenen Einstufung als Boutique-Hotel überwog vor Ort der Eindruck eines Pauschalhotels mit entsprechendem Publikum. Während nach 18 Uhr der zentral im Innenhof gelegene Pool wie auch die angrenzenden öffentlichen Bereiche wegen der Abendeindeckung des Restaurants nicht mehr genutzt werden durfte, fanden sich morgens um 9 Uhr neben den auch für das Frühstück zu nutzenden Tischen durchweg schon per Handtuch reservierte Poolliegen mit teilweise erheblich appetithemmenden Sonnenanbeter(inne)n!

الفندق بشكل عام اعجبني .. الموقع / ممتاز بوسط السوق وقريب جدا من شارع اتاتورك وحوله الكثير من المحلات والمتاجر الصغيره الرائعه .. بجانبه سوبر ماركت ومخبر والعديد من المطاعم والمقاهي .. البحر على مسافة قريبه سيرا على الاقدام .. موقف التكاسي قريب جدا .. المنطقه رائعه ومريحه جدا .. بها الكثير من السياح الاجانب .. والفندق معروف جدا بالمنطقه ولدى التكاسي بكل مكان الفندق / مميز كمبنى .. منزل قديم وتم تحويله الى فندق .. نظيف .. والغرفه جميله وحميميه .. مريح والطاقم ودودين جداً .. الغرف مماثله للصور المعروضه تماما ملاحظتي على بطئ الخدمات ومستوى الطعام فقط

Regency suite is erg mooi en comfortabel. Zeer ruiime luxe kamer met alles er op en er aan. Zeer aan te bevelen. Eten is redelijk. Buffet is standaard ten op zichten van de kamers. Maar voor 5 euro kun je ook niet veel verwachten

“- Very good location - Staff was very friendly, polite and experienced. They had always answer to questions. - Hotel looked from outside and inside very clean and well-designed - Very good idea about room: they use room names, not room numbers! - Room was large and comfortable. We had bath with jacuzzi. - Housekeeping made their work well. - We had breakfast and dinner included: various starters, main course and deserts. - Nice open-air museum.
