Alp Pasa Regency Suites  

Good location, really easy to find (there are sings pointing to hotel all over the aria), nice and clean room, shower with jacuzzi.

Real room size was not 35 sq.m, but 28, and we were disappointed about that, because it's not what we saw on the pictures. There were no WI-FI in the room, because the router is too far. There were no iron (but ironboard was there), and we had to pay extra to iron our thing in laundry. Sometimes it was noizy, because of cafe downstares with live music on friday and saturday till 2 am. There is a minaret in the aria and prayer starts in 5 am.

The rooms were spacious, service great and attentive to all our needs. Breakfast excellent. We had the rooms that were slightly away from the main building but it was good for us as we got the privacy and space.Service is good and they changed the room amenities every day and kept the rooms neat and clean. I traveled with three children and my mother who is 67. The location was good as we were within reach of all the many unique attractions in Antalya, food/restaurant and shopping. This is important for my family. For matured person like my mother, the walk around these areas were easy and accessible.

The Ottoman architecture gives a wonderful ambience, especially as the location is at the heart of the old city of Kaleci, and the hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. The Regency suites are in a separate building, but just across the pedestrian alleyway...well worth the money!

My husband has the beginnings of a mobility problem and is using a walking stick. Whilst we managed to navigate the numerous stairs, it was a chore and all had to be traversed very carefully, including cobble stones.The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, although we loved the jacuzzi bath+shower.

Otelin güzelliğini daha onceden duymuştum. Tarih kokan bir tesis ve odaları gercekten guzel. Ama resepsiyondaki arkadaslar yetersiz c/ out için 20 dk ayakta bekledik. Ayrıca otoparka aracınızı vermeyin derim. Teslim aldığımda aracın iki yeri çizik vardı. Genel anlamda guzel ve kaliteli bir tesis ancak bu şekildeki bazı olayların yaşanması can sıkıcı oluyor.

Booking.com üzerinden ve otelin kendi sitesinden aldığımız odanın resimleri ile bize verilen oda arasında Cok fark vardı. Özellikle oteli arayıp mutlaka bu resimlerdeki odayı istediğimizi söylememe rağmen farklı bir oda aldık. Odanın müşavirlik tehdidini aldığımız halde farklı bir oda verilmesi olumsuz bir olay.

Otelin konumu ve dizaynı mükemmel.

Odayı satın alırken geç check-out 15:00 olarak aldım ancak resepsiyon öğlen 12:30 da odayı arayıp çıkmam gerektiğini söyledi.Geç check-out olduğunu söylememe rağmen temizlik yapılacağını söyleyip odayı terketmemi söylediler.(08.04.2012) Birde odalarda wireless çekmesine rağmen şifreyi vermiyorlar otelin bahçesinde kullanılabiliyormuş sadece!!

yılbaşı gecesi bazı aksaklıklar yaşamamıza rağmen oda değiştirmekle ve aksiliklerle geçen gecemizi sonradan iade etmeleri harika bir davranıştı.Nazik ve kibar personeline tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

location is good at the old city, staff is friendly.

it is not up to value for money, not good for family with young children, WiFi not available in the room, only in the common area, you have to pay for using the safe in your room, u get less than what you pay.

Das die Fotos in booking.com nicht den wahren gegebenheiten entsprachen. Das Bad über einen halben Meter hoch 'erklettert' werden musste. Die Zimmerausstastung inkl. Bett war spärlich und 'verbraucht'.

Charming hotel with a great location to see the old town in Antalya. Nice clean rooms. The hotell staff however need to learn more about service towards the guest, and also smile a it more.
