Two days at the hotel represent the worst time we spent in two weeks in the beautiful Turkey. Bad rooms, bad management (only interested to sell room without no one interest to the quality of the stay). Keep away from it!!! |

The location was really good and the price I paid through booking.com was reasonable. The buffet was also quite good, although the services at the table was really poor. The staff does not speak english, which is unconceivable for a "5-star" hotel. The room are not tied up properly. We had to pay at our arrival at the hotel. We had a boy coming at 10:30am in the sunday morning to check what he had drink out of the mini-bar. There are only two elevators and you often have to walk for ages before getting to your room. There was human shit in the changing room of the indoor pool which will probably remain the "best" memory of my stay at Altin Yunus. The general design of the hotel could also be improved. Many things to improve, I would not have pay more for such a joke. |

Location is very good (the beach is nearby) and the seaside view rooms offer a very pleasant panorama. Hotel rooms are very small. Really, not a 5 star hotel room! Moreover, even we had a hb booking we had to pay for all the drinks we had (and not from the minibar). Even for a bottle of water. Not to mention Efes beer. 5 euro for a can of beer?!? We have never stayed in a 5 star hotel with so small rooms and having to pay even for a bottle of water with hb reservation. |

First we were given a smoking twin, after specifically asking for non-smoking double. After a huge fuss, they swapped us to exactly what we asked for. It is tiring to have such poor service - I would grade the hotel as 3 stars. |

la situation au bord de la mer Oh oui, le bruit, sous forme de mariage avec musique tous les soirs jusqu'a 3 heures du matin sous nos fenêtres même en les fermant et climatisation.Nous avions un montant de 18OO euros, nous avons éte obligé de payer en livres turques avec un change d'hôtel très défavorisant pour nous , nous aurions dû payer en euros avec notre carte bancaire |
