It's just next to blue mosque. Great localisation and very clean Please do avoid the room on the top next to the kitchen. It's impossible to sleep from 7am when the breakfast starting. |

It was impeccably clean, the view from the terrace overlooking the bosphorus while having breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful - they gave me recommendations, helped me with directions, restaurant reservations, the suites were quite roomy compared to hotels in europe. The neighborhood was very quite and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood even late night by myself. Very happy to have stayed here. |

Very good situated in the historical center of Istanbul. Only 5-10 min from the main street with tramvay, money exchange office, shops, restoraunts, etc. The staff is very polite and efficient. They give you a map, help to find what you need and everything you want with the best smile. Nice cosy room is very comfortable, with a small kitchen where you can have a tea or to cook something. Two food shops only a few min walking where you can buy all you need. Also you can use internet connection in your room. Is you stay more then 5 nights they offer you free taxi from the airport. Nice hotel for a good price. I´d like to come there again and enjoy my breakfast in a small terrace with a sea view.. only one tv programm in English |

Great location, wonderful views from the terrace, extremely friendly and helpful staff, quiet location but a short walk from all the attractions. bit overfurnished, presumably because this was intended for at least 4 people. Bathroom smelt a bit of drains and some mould around bath, but generally clean and pleasant. |

Location and some very helpful staff, particularly Deniz and Ismail. They were quick to call around to get us information, allowed use of their laptops and, generally, very accommodating. In their absence staff who didn't speak or understand English well enough could no/did not help expedite tour requests. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Generally, comfortable and well worth considering. Breakfast was repetitious & basic -- sliced bread or "buns", jams, butter & several sticks of carrot & cucumber. Beverages all out of packets. Some seasonal fruit, fresh cheeses would be nice. No big deal for us but guests did complain. Sofa in the living room sinks on the sides and needs additional cushions for comfort . Curtains a little too narrow to completely shut out light. Aircon, fixed on auto,kept blowing off and on. The inconstant sound, and temperature, sometimes kept me (a light sleeper) awake. Also, rearrange furniture in bedroom so that one doesn't have to walk sideways to get to the clothes cupboard.. Attention to detail would really improve the suites. |

Rare "can do" attitude by all the staff. Superb location. Level of comfort to match far more pretentious hotels. Denise, the American educated young owner manager, excels at organizing your excursions fast and reliably and to wherever you care to go be it Istanbul, Bodrun or Ankara: a born entrepreneur. |

nice roof terrace, and quiet atmosphere. Excellent location just around the corner of the blue mosque and araasta bazaar. helpfulness of staff could have been better, though they were not unfriendly. Beds were pretty hard, but not impossible to sleep on. |

Great location, quiet street, big rooms, big, comfortable beds, clean linen, good value for money, great view from the roof top terrace. The staff does not speak English except for one woman who is there in the morning who speaks perfect English and is very helpful. On the downside, the bathroom could be a bit cleaner and there was a problem with plumbing which caused an unpleasant smell in the whole room. They promised to get it fixed ASAP, so hopefully it's better now |

The mannagement of the hotel are so freindly, I really felt that iam living at a family house not in a hotel, somthing i liked so much.at the time of departure the taxi to the airport was late so the ouner drove me to the airport and refused to take any money,that was a very freindly action the bedroom needs blind curtains becouse the window was facing sunrise direction and i had to wake up at 7.00 in the morning because of the sun |
