Bom acolhimento e facilidade na marcação de serviços complementares (excursões, transfer para aeroporto, etc.) Aquando da reserva sopunhamos que o quarto seria numa caverna, o que não aconteceu. A casa de banho era muito pouco confortável e cheirava muito a bafio. |

First of all Bekir - the owner and his wife are extremely helpful and nice. They can give you many useful advices, proposals of trips ,excursions, night events, etc. The prices they offer are reasonable. We ordered there a full-day guided bus trip to an underground city, Ihlara canion etc. It was worth the money we paid for it. Bekir helped me to buy a ticket to Trabzon (next step of our journey). The ticket was given to us to our room within 15 minutes! He also picked up us from the bus station and took us there at the departure day. Maybe a small fridge in a room would be good, but it was not a big problem because shops, restaurants were within 50-100 m from the hotel. |

Good service, good location, good staff. Bekir actually drove all the way to Nevsehir bus stand to pick us up. Very helpful. Also even after we checked out they let us shower and change in the evening. Room did not have A/C or even a fan. As it was summer it was really hot and humid. |

We liked everything, really. Soon after we booked the room we received a welcome letter from the owner with all useful information about the place, tours, ballooning, transfer, etc (with discount).We booked and that worked perfectly. The owner of the hotel,Bekir, and his wife Brit(she is from Norway) are most hospitable, friendly and generous people, speak European languages, available 24-hours to answer all, even stupid, questions, ready to give you instructions or even a lift on any directions. Location is perfect, you stay in a real cave, and it is just a short walk distance from the main attractions as Goreme open-air museum, etc. Breakfast was better comparing with other places we stayed in Turkey. |

Wonderful attitude of owners Bekir and Brit and total willingness to make their guests happy. They went out of they way, and certainly beyond their responsibility, to help me and others. Extremely quiet place, yet close to center of Goreme. I slept better here than anywhere else on my Turkish adventure. I'd definitely return here on my next trip! |

The managers are very friendly and help whenever they can - pick up from bus, book tours etc. They even bought my husband a birthday cake and we shared it together with a cup of tea! Location is great, walk anywhere. |

Very friendly and nice manager Bekir. In the first day he took us by his car to show the nearest sightseeings, booked for us the balloon trip. He managed to make an impression thet we are very awaited old friends. Also breakfast was very good. |

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Recommend the charming fairy chimney room we had (with a window as some are windowless). Well signposted so easy to find and only metres from restaurants etc. The best breakfast we had during our month in Turkey. Highly recommended. |

The bathroom smelled bad all the time, We didn't get any room service, only a change in the shampoo, the cave where we stayed didn`t seem to be real and the manager tried to make every penny out of you selling the tours for a different price depending on the face of the guest. It looks like a war zone outside the hostel and the wi fi does not work inside the "caves", they close every public area in the hotel at 23.00 and you have to stay in the cold if you want to get internet. It is good if you go as a backpacker and pay a little to stay in a dorm but definitely not if you intend to stay in a nice cave hotel. |
