Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpfull, decor little tired but kept very clean. |

I called customer services I asked did this hotel have a elevator the lady cfor ralled the hotel then rang me back to say yes there is elevator but this hotel dose not have elevator I asked high floor but I have difficulty walking so I had to have ground floor room with a noisey bar beneath it plus big tree in my window blocking what little view there was .the carpet is filthy I was glad to leave |

near the beach the shower was broken , air-contitionair and safe are not included in price . no tv .sat breakfast far 300 metres from the hotel |

We had wine and fruit in room which I requested as it was my wifes bitthday and our 23rd wed ann. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel was fine after finding out it was the anex (meaning add on) and not the Saray beach hotel as what I saw in the pictures on the web site. All the booklets in the hotel show the Saray beach hotel and not the Anex hotel. There was no swimming pool and it did not back onto the beach. No welcome drink was offered at all. Breakfast was reasonable, but I had to enquire about times, location. |

Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Asiat sai hoidettua kun niistä keskusteli. Huone vähän rempallaan. Siivous vain joka toinen päivä. Lämmintä vettä sai odottaa minuuttu tolkulla. Aamiainen aika kehno. Sekä kesken kaiken piti vaihtaa hotellia eikä tästä kerrottu kuin pari päivää ennen muuttoa. |

avstand til strand Ordne masse småting som ikke er i orden, som løse teper i trapper, defekt dursj slange, manglende slange for kondensvann fra AC. Bare små ting, men en kan se at det har vært sånn lenge. |

Mooie ligging direct aan het strand. De airco piepte en het belangrijkste negatieve punt: er was geen koelkastje op de kamer. |
