Açıkcası otelin yeri ve konumu dışında beğendiğim bir durum söz konusu olmadı. İsmiyle bağdaşmayacak kadar eski ve kötü tasarlanmış bir otel görüntüsü verdi. Sanki ilk açıldığından beri Hilton'a en ufak bir tadilat bile yapılmamış izlenimi veriyor. Ayrıca çalışanlar da biyonik insan profilinde müşterilerine hiçbir artı değer katmıyorlar.(herhangibir saygısızlıklarını görmediğimi de belirtmek isterim) Odalar çok standart bir 4 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde ve Hilton gibi büyük bir markanın adına yakışmayacak şekilde tasarlanılmış. Ödediğiniz rakamlar bu kalitenin çok ama çok üzerinde. Maalesef kimseye öneremem. Bence otelin çok acil bir renovasyondan geçmesi gerekiyor ve yönetimin personel seçimi ve hizmet mantalitesini gözden geçirmesini tavsiye ederim. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel vond ik wel heel positief ... ja, hoe kan het anders !!! Turkish people !! ;-) Het is niet echt een ontevredenheid maar de kamers zijn wel aan renovatie toe ... de inrichting is wat ouderwets en is niet zeker niet meer van deze tijd. Voor zo'n hotel met naam had ik wel ik iets meer verwacht. |
