The hotel was very good for its price range. They were very helpful, everything was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was really very good. We have stayed at many hotels in Turkey and this hotel was excellent value for money. They even bought us some complimentary fresh fruit to our room. Safe free carpark in garage under the hotel. Just the location for us. Although it is near the centre of town which was good, the surrounding area was run-down and known as a doggy area, but we were there only one night so it didn't disturb us too much. |

The staff was helpful. There is one person who put the face of the hotel for all. The breakfast is a vast buffet of choices; well presented and fresh. Late check-out was permited withoug any trouble. Difficult access to the Hotel, street was very dirty. Entrance of the Hotel makes difficult to manage your luggage. There was not help offered for handling your bags when checking out. |

Upon our arrival, albeit late in the evening, we were greeted with cool drinks and watermelon. Nice touch for weary travelers. |

Clean, comfortable. Location close to sites. Slightly pricey; dodgy, although not necessarily dangerous, area. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the people at the front desk spoke at least a little English. I booked a single room, and for no extra charge I was put in a quite spacious room with a double bed. On arriving, they sent some fresh watermelon to my room, which was very refreshing after having walked around in the mid-day Anatolian summer sunshine. The hotel was a little difficult to find (however most hotels at this price in Turkey are difficult to find). Some of the information I got from employees was inaccurate, mostly as to transportation. These were all really quite minor negatives compared to the overall experience I had there. |

Room was clean and spacious. It's fairly easy to find. They have a car parking which is essential when travelling by car in Turkey. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location – convenient for the old town, places of interest and underground. Restaurants and shops nearby. Reasonable walking distance from the railway station. Good breakfast. |

The breakfast was acceptable. The wireless internet was provided all through the hotel, however it disconnected from time to time. The hotel location is not good for those who went to Ankara for fun. Staff cannot speak english very good. There've been noises from outside even during the night so if you are looking for a quite place don't choose it. |
