Reasonable price. Easy access to city center and shops. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Room furniture rather old. Smoking in the corridors, sometimes annoying in the room.

Nice welcome when we arrived. They offered us a glass of orange juice while they were completed the usual documents.The bedroom was spacious. Very good buffet for the breakfast. The hotel needs a refresh.

The breakfast was good and there was lots of variety. Also the hotel was quiet at night and the area was close to the Roman Baths. The bed was very itchy.

the breakfast they tried to give us a single bed room , our booking was for a double, we had the booking sheet printed with us, the room had a really bad cigarette smoke smell, bathroom light did not work, it did not get fixed after notifying them. The room had an old worn out look to it like peeling paint, the bathroom not updated etc..

Hotel staffs at the front desk are very helpful and speak English. They have good breakfast selections. Rooms are outdated and have smell especially in the bathroom. try to goto breakfast before the tour group as the hotel won't refill the hot dishes unless you ask them. Neighbourhood is not so good, they played loud music until very late at night.

An average hotel, not much to write or recommend except possibly for the location. It is close to the older part of Ankara, with a number of shops & cafes in close proximity. The rooms are fairly clean though rather dated. The blankets looked quite old & well used which did not give a sense of being hygienic. In general a tacky place. Not likely to stay here again.

Very good budget hotel centrally located in Ankara. The immediate surrounding is not touristic at all, but the subway and two main shopping streets are within walking distance. Ideal for budget business trips and travels.

It is within walking distance to the main touristic attractions. The rooms are equipped to modern standards; breakfast is very good. Taxi to the thy Havas-terminal is 6 lira and quick. Located in a small side street, there are a number of beer-gardens, which might be a bit noisy to sensitive ears, but there is at least no traffic-noise as in case of several other hotels along the main street.

Although this is a 3 star hotel, the behaviour of the staff and the service offered was of a 5 star hotel. A renovation would be good but this hotel is really value for money. I highly recommend it. The area is not dangerous, but it is not a tourist attraction either.

I have seen lots of hotels in ankara, 3 and 4 stars and I am confident to say that Ogulturk was exactly the best. The staff can perfectly speak english which is very rare in Ankara. There is a pool table that you can use whenever you want. The breakfast is absolutely great with soup, all cold stauff and how pastries. They always offer tea in lobby. the room was also spacious and clean.I had a problem which made me call Istanbul from hotel for 5 minutes and they didn't even charge me for that. The hotel is near Ataturk Blvd. also 6 TL to Ankamall!!! in walking distance of Istanbul and Cumhuriet ave. The hotel is in an alley which is not very nice , also there is a nightclub 1 block from the hotel which makes the neigborhood not safe for women to walk at night (after 10:30 pm)

The location was very good to visit Roman remains. A supermarket was just near the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wireless Internet was available in the room. The shower had weird curtain not allowing to close it properly. There were smelly freshener balls in the sink.

Extremely helpful and nice staff, rich delicious breakfast, large comfortable room and free wi-fi are all positive parts of the hotel. It is also close to nearly all museums, historical buildings and transportation points. Really nothing to dislike.
