Everything was absolutely wonderful! We had a large deluxe corner room that was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well equipped -- we had a couch, coffee table and two chairs -- made for a great weekend! The staff -- from the bellman to the room attendent -- was amazing; no request was any trouble at all. We will definitely return to the Ankara Plaza on our next visit to Ankara.

The restaurant staff were really nice The hotel was ok. Not great, not very comfortable either, The food was terrible not fresh ingredients used and the first luch ordered a ceasar salad whıch was inedable- the chichen was hard the salad was not fresh and covered ın dressıng!!! The evenıng meal was nnot much better. The food looked ok but was let down by taste

Modern, clean, well run. I endeavoured to book an additional night at 4 days notice and was offered a room at Eu 680 for and Eu76 room. Needles to say I did not accept it!

I was positively surprised by the nice interiors and high quality reflected throughout my experience at this hotel. Breakfast was also great. My recommendation to the hotel is to procure more irons than the single one available + irontables to go along with it.

This is the second time I was staying at this hotel and it was as good as the first time. Again the check-in was very smooth and they let me have an early check-in. The perfect location and friendly staff made the stay very pleasant. There is a big construction across the street from the hotel. It was still there since last year and still made the place too noisy in the morning well into the afternoon. From the looks of it, it will take another 5-6 months to complete, but the noisiest part will be over soon. The hotel also doesn't offer you a great viw on any side.

The Hotel is fairly new. Rooms are clean and spacious. Open buffet breakfast is delicious. The Hotel is located in an excellent spot and is easy to access. It is a great value for money. The only draw back is the gym being underground and its lack of ventilation.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant had a nice view. There was good Turkish style breakfast, but also acceptable choices for the less adventurous.

Daha önce de konaklamıştım, temiz, sakin, merkezi sayılabilecek konumda ve güleryüzlü yardımsever personel. Kahvaltı kalite ve çeşitliliği süper. Kesinlikle tek başına yada çift yada aile konaklaması, her biri için uygun. Tavsiye olunur :)

Özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgililer,otel lobisi de geniş ve ferah... Kafa dinlemek için gidilebilecek son yer diyebilirim,çevreden kaynaklanan tadilat çalışmaları geçici de olsa özellikle oda temizliği ile ilgilenenlerin koridorlarda kopardığı gürültü son derece rahatsızlık verici.Fiyat/Fayda oranı oldukça düşük.

Great!!! Excellent- Süper bir otel. Konum çok iyi, otel ve oda son derece temiz. Soğuk bir dönemde gitmeme rağmen gerek oda gerekse otel oldukça sıcaktı. Spa son derece temiz ve bakımlı, keyifli. çAlışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı mükemmel:) Yiyecek çeşitliliği yeterli, en önemlisi lezzetli ve kaliteli. Fiyat/fayda dengesi çok avantajlı. Ankara'ya her gittiğimde kalmayı tercih edeğim.

Kalma tarihinden 1 gün önce booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen otele ulaştığımızda oda olmadığı bilgisi verildi ve booking'den bir bilgi gelmediği söylendi. İlk etapta iki kişiyi aynı odaya almak kaydıyla otele alabilecekleri bilgisi verildi fakat bunun kabul edilmemesinden sonra biraz zorlanarak da olsa bir üst katagori oda verdiler.
