This family run hotel is wonderful in many ways. The owners and staff are very friendly speak English and German and are very helpful. The rooms were spacious very clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens with variety of fruit trees and flowers. A clean pool. Family friendly. Delicious open buffet breakfast. Very close to beach and mini bus stop and bars and restaurants. Beautiful view of mountains from 3rd floor rooms. Good value for price.
Can get noisy at night because of nightlife in nearby hotels.
The location is fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The last night, they put many roses on the bed as a Thank you. The breakfast was very good and complete. It was fresh and tasty. The pool was great and clean. I do recommand this hotel!
There is a bar located not so far from the hotel and we could ear the music from it. But it was not so loud and we got no problem to sleep well! The wifi in our room was a bit weak. But still okay!
Everything listed above
Room with balcony, aircon, pool with sunbeds, not too overlooked, sense of space, close to the beach, not too far away from the main street but enough to be quiet, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, good breakfasts, nice omelettes, views of paragliders coming in, car parking right outside. Thoroughly recommended, would be top of our come-back list.
Wifi poor beyond the restaurant
Nice cozy hotel very close to the beach. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, and a cute swimming pool. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at Ünsal Otel.
Everything. Price was amazing, location was fantastic, owners and staff were lovely, Wi-Fi works everywhere, no added extras like that and air-con. Rooms and pool stunningly clean.
Location to the beach was 2 minutes walking and right down the street is the arts and crafts little shops which have some beautiful products. Going a little more further down the street gets you to the lively shopping place in Oludeniz. Room was nice. Had the essentials and the balcony was great to have. Staff are overall nice and helpful, good and easy to talk to.
Wifi is problematic sometimes especially with iOS devices, but otherwise no other dislikes.
The thing we have enjoyed the most about this hotel was the very nice calm and relaxing atmosphere around the pool area, even this was a peak season. Whole hotel area and the rooms are kept very clean and well looked after. Location of this hotel is also very good, within 5 mins away from sea. The main street is just around the corner. Breakfast is served in very nice dining terrace. Restaurant and hotel staff is very helpful, makes u feel welcome. Thanks to Musa, Berkay and Ufuk, who made our stay enjoyable:). Jan+Jana
Clean spacious room. Perfect location, close to everything you need. Beach down the street, mart across the road, ATM and touristy street down the alley - nothing more than 2mins away. Blue lagoon park and bus stop are boy 5 mins away. It's in the touristy part of oludeniz yet tucked away in a quieter street so the loud noise from the bars don't keep you up. Family run hotel. The staff is just right-not too distant and not too friendly. Quiet Moosa and chatty Berkay both always smiling and helpful. Cleaning lady was the cutest!
The curtains are thin so light filters through when the sun is up and the room isn't completely dark even at night. I am okay with that but my husband had trouble sleeping.
My partner and I booked four nights at Unsal after arriving from Antalya. The hotel was an instant hit with a great pool, spacious room and friendly staff, all of which we found missing from our previous Accomodation. Our room was nice, with a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool itself was clean and a good size. The breakfast was lovely and hearty. In the evening Olundeniz can get a bit roudy, and the location of the hotel means it can get loud, however, we managed to sleep through the noise and very much enjoyed our time here.
Noise at nighttime (unavoidable and not the same level of noise every night anyway)
very kind and helpful staff! cozy and perfect hotel and grounds. not too big and not too small, just right! Great Turkish hospitality and breakfast. We stayed in the luxury room which was spacious and top quality! I liked that it is family operated, so you know they care and it shows. I could not ask for more, they went the extra mile to make us feel like top class guests.
internet signal was poor from the room, so we had to go down to the restaurant reception area. Reception could have a little more info about excursions and help to book them directly instead of directing us to the local vendors in town.
Perfect location for the beach Very clean rooms with good sized balcony. (Top floor - deluxe) Very friendly staff Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers
Me & my family really enjoyed our stay here, look forward to returning next year.
A small family run hotel. We recommend to any ages who are looking for a quality stay without the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. Also the catering is of a higher standard and reasonably priced compared to some of the seafront restaurants.
Oludeniz is Turkish version of Palma Nova, Benidorm in Spain, or Patong in THailand. If you are happy with the set up, Unsal Hotel is good.
Noise at night from the neighbouring bars, very poor breakfast in the hotel. Overall, the area not kids-friendly, icecream from a street vendor can easily cost you 5 bucks - watch out!
Location was very good. It was lovely and quiet.
The pool area was not lit at night and was dangerous. Internet coverage was patchy.
The hotel's location was good. Only two minutes walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The maid came to clean our room and change the towels, bedding ect every day which was nice. The breakfast was OK. I think this is a good budget stay for people that want to be in the middle of the action. Beware Oludeniz is a package tourist destination with all that comes with it (tourist shops, louds bars and restaurant at night, higher prices) and is very busy in the summer holiday period so opt for nearby Kabak if you want some peace and quiet.
Because of it's location (close to shops, restaurant and bars) it was very noisy at night but to be fair any hotel in the area would have the same issue. Unfortunately we had some unpleasant drain odours coming from the bathroom at times.
very clean hotel and very good restraunt. close to beach.
Very poor breakfast
The staff was always very eager to help. Language barrier minimal. Air conditioning worked great! Nice pool.
Lots of noise from nearby bars at night, but closed windows and running the A/C will block it out.
The location was excellent- just off the main strip but still nice and quiet in the evenings. We were upgraded into the deluxe room which was wonderful, very spacious and modern. All in all a lovely hotel with vey friendly staff who made our stay very enjoyable.
The breakfast was very limited
I loved the breakfast.
They need a screen door for the sliding glass door to the balcony because there are mosquitos and you usually want the door open to cool the room.
It was a very nice relaxing place to stay, very clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, very helpfull with booking a taxi, I've booked another week in September, excellent!
I would have liked a kettle in my room
I loved the fact the hotel was small and family run. The pool area was very relaxing and the family were so helpful. The rooms were of lovely standard. Could not fault it at all. Much better than a huge all inclusive, inpersonal 5 star. Would definately recommend and go back there time and time again.
There wasn't anything
I love this hotel. It is a stones throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It has all the charm of an authentic Turkish hotel. It is a family run hotel and the family are wise enough to step back to allow you to enjoy your holiday but are at hand if you require anything. The pool is beautiful and the gardens with an overview of the mountains are just the tonic to relax during your stay. This hotel is extremely clean to a very high standard and a lot of the people who stay here return annually which should tell you what you need to know.
There was only one problem ...it will be too long before I can return.
