It is very close to the most important shopping street in Istanbul, Istiklal caddesi and to many popular restaurants. As everywhere in the world, but in Italy and Spain, there is no bidet |

The hotel was in an ideal location to all the major sight seeing spots and close to the major shopping district. The staff was extraordinary. Orhan, Ahmet, Mehrmet,Ortin,and Hulya all did everything in their power to make our stay a perfect time in Istanbul. I can not forget about Paris, the sweetest. not one thing |

Location was great - right next to the main street in Pera where it all happens. Room was very spacious and staff couldn't do enough to help - even letting me use their front desk computer to print off my e-ticket. Just little things like complimentary tea and coffee in room not being replenished daily and breakfast being the same every day, but in general it was lovely. |

our room was well decorated. the room was very clean. hotel staff was very helpfull. they said we open the kitchenette tools, but when we were, they are no opened.That was bad.. But the hotel staff was very kind. They cooked for us. |

The hotel is very good, and near to the new city center, tram and metro are really much neighbor. Maybe that the bathroom is not at the same level of the rest of the room. |

Hotel is in very good location , staff is very nice , helpfull and friendly.Rooms are very nice and luxury. This boutique hotel is one of the most convinient one in this part of city .I definitly recommend this hotel to everybody and I will be in this hotel for my next visit to istanbul. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious , but they need to add more choices. |

The hotel is very central but still in a quiet street of Beyoglu. All the major attractions are within easy distance. Public transport is nearby. The room was indeed very spacious with a nice decoration. The wireless internet connection was fast and without any charge The hotel advertises both in its own website and booking.com that the rooms have a fully equipped kitchennette, but in fact there is not. The misleading adds should be removed from the websites. The room ‘superior suit’ was very dark. |

Management en personeel zeer bereidwillig en vriendelijk. Ligging hotel zeer goed, alles bereikbaar te voet of met openbaar vervoer. Kamers zeer proper. Misschien een beetje te veel lawaaihinder op kamers aan de straatkant. |

La situation de cet hôtel est remarquable,entre Galata et Taksim,très près d'Istiklal Caddesi,la rue commerçante piétonne et son tramway et proche de Galatasaray.L'accès à l'ancien Istanbul est également très pratique,par Tünnel ou par la prolongation du métro,maintenant réalisée,de Taksim jusqu'a 150 mètres de l'hôtel.La suite que nous occupions (n°310 au 3ème étage) était très spacieuse. La kitchenette ne permet que de faire du thé car il n'y a aucune vaisselle ni couvert ni ustensile de cuisson;cela devrait être précisé.Il n'y a qu'une douche,sans baignoire,et les wc sont dans la salle d'eau.Les fenêtres,donnant sur l'arrière,doivent rester fermées,sous peine d'une pollution sonore intolérable provoquée par la tour de climatisation de l'immeuble voisin(à environ 20 mètres et au même niveau et fonctionnant 24 heures sur 24). |

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr aufmerksam mit einem Getränk empfangen und konnten uns in einem sehr geschmackvollen Lobby-/ Sitzbereich entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und liebevoll, in Anlehnung an die osmanische Zeit, dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Lobby, Fahrstuhl und die Flure machen einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck. |

Hotel is very central in the NEW part of Istanbul, with the shopping area and Taksim square very close to the hotel. Hotel staff is extremely friendy and the room are very spacious and comfortable. Dinner/lunch is good and can be recommended. All in all, this is a very nice hotel that I would highly recommend. The hotel staff's level of English is really poor which makes it rather difficult to talk about basic things like tourist attractions or transportation. Very little variety in breakfast and, but this is very personal, the beds are quite hard. |

Tout petit hôtel, plein de charme, à la déco design et soignée. Très bien situé, en plein centre du quartier animé, restos et bars, et à 10 mn de marche des principaux sites d'Istanbul. Hôtel très calme et personnel très accueillant. |

Très bon rapport qualité prix, idéalement situé aux pieds de la tour Galata dans le quartier de Beyoglu (nombreux bars et restos)... Petit hôtel aux dimensions humaines, grandes chambres et petit déjeuner inclus. Seule critique : pas de volets dans les chambres ! |
