Ansen Suites  

Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the very heart of old Istanbul and two minutes from Istiklal. The Sishane metro station is literally one minute away allowing you to get to the up market shopping areas in less than five minutes. The room was large and well decorated- great to return to after a hard morning's shopping for a rest and cup of tea. Kitchen area is well laid out. The area around the hotel is so full of bars, cafes and restaurants that it's impossible to count them. Really perfect for a short city break. Would definately use this place again.

Kitchen rather short on equipment. Although there is a hob, there are no pans at all if you want to use it. othing major to report.switches badly fitted and the automatically opening kitchen rubbish bin didn't work- a two minute job for a guy with a screwdriver to fix. But

The staff was very friendly and the Penthouse has amazing view of old city in Istanbul. It is next to the metro station and in the heart of Istanbul fun & entertainment.

Ansen Suites was a lovely surprise. The facility is ideally situated right at the "foot" of Taskim and a stroll away from the Bosphorous Sea. The suite was well appointed and much more comfortable than a hotel room. In addition the staff were mindfull of your needs and the internet service worked perfectly. We would certainly recommend Ansen Suites and choose it again when next in Istanbul.

What we didnt like is not about Ansen Suites, but only that with all the tall buildings, mobile phone reception is very poor in the room and/or immediate vacinity.

The staff were wonderful -- high quality, friendly, helpful. The entire hotel wsa clean. Also, the location was unbeatable, near the heart of nightlife and close to business and tourist destinations.

Internet service was very spotty on the 2nd floor, to the point where essentially there was none. I spent hours outside the hotel searching for internet and dealing with logisitcal issues.

I like the staff, they kind and try to help even thier english not really good. The rooms really romantic and big. I like it when they close the hotel door at night time and they recoginze the gues and open the door it's make me feel comfortable and safe. this is my secound time I stay in the hotel and whenever i visit istanbul i will stay in the hotel.

the breakfast was poor. Don't think they will extend check out time for you but they will keep your bages. in booking website they mention shuttle bus from airport to hotel but they did not provide that and they will not reply to you when you asked for it in the reservation order, they is the secound time I asked for it and they did not reply to me but secound time i know there is no shuttle so I rent taxi direct. and going to airport they asked me aroun 90 TL and the taxi cost with tips 50 TL.

Attenzione: le cucine presenti nelle stanze sono non funzionanti. In tutte c'e' il minibar, in alcune c'e' il lavandino della cucina e I fornelli, ma I fornelli non funzionano, quindi non è possibile cucinare. Per il resto bell'hotel, ottime camere grandi e pulite, comode, pulite!

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist Spitze. Die Zimmer sind riesig und modern eingerichtet. Die Preise der Minibar sind o.k. Werde wiederkommen. Wem das Witt oder das Sofa zu teuer ist, der ist hier ordentlich untergebracht.

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, man sollte nicht allzu empfindlich sein. Das Hotel ist 10 Jahre alt und dementsprechend etwas abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist mickrig, allerdings bekommt man gegen Aufpreis ein ordentliches Omlette, Latte Macciato usw. Dann geht's. Ja, und dann wird man morgens vom Verkehrslärm geweckt, aber das ist in fast allen Hotels in Istanbul so.

Perfecte locatie; mooie, ruime suites; zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, afstelbare airco.

Tegenover onze kamer aan de overkant van de straat bleek een restaurant na het eten feestjes te geven met een DJ, en dat betekende 2 avonden tot 1 uur zware geluidsoverlast. Na dit gemeld te hebben greep de hotelmanager echter direct in en en is met die zaak gaan praten en sindsdien geen enkele last meer van gehad. Volgens de manager was de straat een hotelstraat, en was het niet de bedoeling dat er zulke luidruchtige feestjes gegeven mogen worden.

la stanza non corrispndeva a quanto ci era stato prospettato: doveva trattarsi di una suite con cucina, e in realtà era una camera. ma ampia e confortvole: fermandoci pochi giorni e non avendo in realtà bisogno della cucina, non abbiamo però chiesto che ci venisse cambiata
