Rooms are extremely large by Istanbul standards, location is excellent.

Breakfast is a bit unimpressive by Istanbul hotel standards, hotel owner a bit too quick to propose restaurants from which it is likely he gets some consideration.

Amazing. The room was huge and well-designed, great mattress with feather pillows. The staff was wonderful, super friendly and attentive. The location is great, with lost of restaurants and subway nearby. The shower has great water pressure and hot water. All the amenities of a five star hotel suite. Free wifi, coffee and tea.

It can get noisy at night if you face the street, but not unbearable.

Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the very heart of old Istanbul and two minutes from Istiklal. The Sishane metro station is literally one minute away allowing you to get to the up market shopping areas in less than five minutes. The room was large and well decorated- great to return to after a hard morning's shopping for a rest and cup of tea. Kitchen area is well laid out. The area around the hotel is so full of bars, cafes and restaurants that it's impossible to count them. Really perfect for a short city break. Would definately use this place again.

Kitchen rather short on equipment. Although there is a hob, there are no pans at all if you want to use it. othing major to report.switches badly fitted and the automatically opening kitchen rubbish bin didn't work- a two minute job for a guy with a screwdriver to fix. But

The staff was very friendly and the Penthouse has amazing view of old city in Istanbul. It is next to the metro station and in the heart of Istanbul fun & entertainment.

I like the staff, they kind and try to help even thier english not really good. The rooms really romantic and big. I like it when they close the hotel door at night time and they recoginze the gues and open the door it's make me feel comfortable and safe. this is my secound time I stay in the hotel and whenever i visit istanbul i will stay in the hotel.

the breakfast was poor. Don't think they will extend check out time for you but they will keep your bages. in booking website they mention shuttle bus from airport to hotel but they did not provide that and they will not reply to you when you asked for it in the reservation order, they is the secound time I asked for it and they did not reply to me but secound time i know there is no shuttle so I rent taxi direct. and going to airport they asked me aroun 90 TL and the taxi cost with tips 50 TL.

Прекрасное расположение, близко от станций метро и фуникулера-удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей.Прекрасно оборудованнный,красивый и большой номер где мы жили.В ресторане с шеф-поваром итальянцем готовили достаточно вкусно,хоть и не дешево.

Очень не понравилась работа одного из официантов.Пытался приписать к счету лишнюю сумму,на что было ему указано и потом счет был исправлен.Так же пытаются обмануь при заказе минеральной воды-приносят из закромов минералку местного разлива выдавая ее за дорогую воду.Так же обманывают при заказе вина по бокалам-приносят столовое вино в бокале выдавая его за дорогие сорта.Все разливается без вашего присутствия.Подитог-требуйте разлива вина и воды при вашем присутствии из бутылок!

Attenzione: le cucine presenti nelle stanze sono non funzionanti. In tutte c'e' il minibar, in alcune c'e' il lavandino della cucina e I fornelli, ma I fornelli non funzionano, quindi non è possibile cucinare. Per il resto bell'hotel, ottime camere grandi e pulite, comode, pulite!

La posizione è ottima e soprattutto la grandezza delle stanze è veramente notevole

Non ci sono aspetti negativi, però - per quanto molto curato - lo stile è veramente molto moderno ed internazionale, per cui non sembra neanche di essere a Istanbul ma si potrebbe stare in qualsiasi metropoli del mondo. Raccomandiamo una maggiore attenzione allo stile locale e alle tipicità Turche.

Excellent location, nice and friendly staff, spacious apartments

There is really nothing to criticize, we enjoyed our stay very much if you are noise sensitive, ask for a room at the backside of the hotel - the small street in front of the hotel can be noisy on fridays and saturdays as there are some open restaurants and bars.

für ein 4 stern hotel schon etwas abgewohnt und die hygiene lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig

It is in a perfect location. The design of the hotel is very nice.

It is far more expensive than it worths. The suits are very nice, but there were some problems. The biggest problem was the lack of maintenance. The outflow pipe of the shower was blocked and during taking a shower you had to stand in the water. Although we asked them to repair it, nothing happened. There were some other smaller problems as well (E.g broken chair, lamps which were not working, curtains, which you could'nt draw up). The staff - except one - was rude and unpolite. I think it is not the quality service you wait from a design hotel at that high price.
