The staff were very helpful and courteous. When asked for a couple of wine glasses, these were supplied along with a fruit tray, free of charge. The breakfast was very good. I think it is a little overpriced considering the room furnishings and lack of sound proofing. I asked for a sea view room of which I was placed on the 1st floor. Yes I could catch glimpes of the sea, as long as I looked through the row of trees situated between the hotel and the sea.

The location of the hotel is very good with nice views of the bay and mountains. The food in the restaurant is good too. Friendly and capable staff. A previous guest seemed to have refilled the white wine bottle with water. Funny experience, which was solved well by the staff.

The seaview when you get up in the morning. Additionallt the easy access from the hotel directly to the sea, unlike other hotels in Antalya.

The hotel brings new meaning to "Turkish Delight". Great hotel to stay at if visiting Antalya. Warm and helpful staff, the front desk and housekeeping were helpful and anticipated our needs. We celebrated the first night with a bottle of champagne and housekeeping made sure to leave chilled champagne flutes for us the next day. The hotel is in a great location, 15 minute walk to the port and Old Town. The view from our room was amazing. We woke up to amazing views of the sniow capped mountains and Mediterranean Sea every morning. The only negative thing would be that the carpets in the halls needed to be replaced.

Relaxing atmosphere, good view and good food. The hotel is about 10 minute's walk from the old town. The fitness centre is open from 9 a.m. It should be earlier.

The hotel is nice, but you see, that it is not "new" anymore. The room was very big with a nice view at the sea. Breakfast was very good. Only i didn´t understand, why to pay 5 TL for a fresh orange juice. The area was very good, to go by foot in the center of old town, only about 8 min. Hammam was very nice, jacuzzi and finish sauna was not so nice. Swimming pool only outside.

Our room had a beautiful view. We stayed in a Jr. Suite which included breakfast. The hotel is older but well kept and good staff. I would definitely stay there again. It could probably use a remodel as it is not "slick and modern" as some of the chain hotels. It's not that I didn't like this but they have an incredible location and view and would greatly benefit from some updating.

Convenient located not far from the Old Town. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Affordable room rates during off-season periods. Hotel staff are helpful but some of them should smile more..

Great location. Comfortable older style resort hotel, close enough to centre of Antalya but away from touristy Kaleici. The hotel's "beach" (in truth a concrete terrace) and pool are excellent places to relax and enjoy the sea and views. The neighbouring area around Istiklal Cd has spme reasonable modern turkish cafes and one or two restuarants. The hotel was very good value for money, but I was told I had been upgraded from a standard room. Attracts many tour groups, however they were only really apparent at breakfast and not too bothersome. There is plenty of space for evryone! None of the staff seemed knowledgeable about organizing excursions or advice on activities around town, or interested, they just give you a brochure for a travel agent which doesn't have what you asked for. I found the taxi drivers outside more helpful. There is no concierge, again I think a symptom of reliance on tour group trade. Some people may find the lack of such services and the dated facilities disappointing, but I think this was reflected in the price.

The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. The location being right on the cliffs of the Mediterranean Sea and close to tourist attractions of Antalya made it the perfect place. The food was very good. The views from our room were breathtaking. The pool was beautiful and the "beach area" was also. It really wasn't a beach. It was deep water off a concrete platform, but it was very nice and fun. Every need we had was met. Hotel needs a make over. It must have been absolutely fabulous ten or so years ago but now needs new carpets and drapes and wall coverings. Even in spite of the "tired look" it was still elegant.

The hotel room rate was quoted in euro at the time of booking which was debited to credit card in euro. But at the time of settling the bill at the time of check-out, your Hotel Cashier converted the room bill amount to Turkish Lire using exchange rate on that day and charged me extra. This I consider is not honest for a famous hotel as yours, and therefore I am unhappy.

Excellent central location, clean and nice rooms with wonderful view. Pool area and fitness room is also very friendly and not so crowded. Really enjoyed the beautiful private beach as well. Breakfast is ok, the staff at the restarurant is very helpful. Was so disappointed with the staff at the reception desk, they are very slow, never smile and not helpful at all. As our plane arrived and left early in the morning we asked for swapping breakfast days, which was declined, they offered some travel package instead. At the end we recieved only one very poor pack for the twoof us (one sandwich and an apple...), Internet connection is very poor, really slow, no wifi at the rooms. Prices of beverages were 10times higher, than outside of the hotel, which is ridicuolus. At the weekend private beach was full of outsiders, you could not have any chairs then. In view of the the hotel is a bit overpriced.

I liked the fact that I could relax at the pool and swim on the sea. The cleaness of the room was terrible. The carpet had hips of stain and was dirty. In the breakfast they charged extra for natural orange juice. The "free" juices were just terrible. The price of drinks were ridicolously high. A bottle of 1l of water was 8 Lira as opposed to 1 Lira outside the hotel. Beers were 14 as opposed to 3l outside. No need to charge that much. That was insane! People tended to save the chairs at the pool and down the beach with towels early in the monrning, had breakfast and then came back later to their precious spot, leaving no option for those who had breakfast first and got no chairs afterwards. This is just outreageous.

The food is good and the staff is excellent. The sea beach is good for people who like deep sea swimming The family people can only use the swimming pool as there is no sandy beach. The hotel is in the centre The hotel has an open car park, if you want to park here it is better to have extra protection as the sun is very very hot. The Tv's in the rooms need replacing with LCD types. This should not be too difficult as the group who owns the Talya hotel also has a TV manufacturing unit the biggest in Europe. The lifts need replacing , they are old and very poor in quality.
