The rooms are comfortable and as a single woman I felt very safe I did not receive the internet cable to go on the internet. On the second night there I had booked as I had to be at the airport early and the hotel staff knew this, they put me in a room with a jazz band outside the window! Also the early breakfast was in the lobby when I was waiting in my room for it! |

Great price for 5-star luxury. Great location in between city center and airport. Breakfast buffet was the best. The prices for drinks were a bit high. 4 euros for a coke is expensive. |

It was good as usual. However the executive floor is not an advantage as it has not been renovated yet. It was a pleasure to swim in the pool in the evening. |

Our booking to deluxe sea view room was changed to standard ocean view room. But we ca nchange our room to junior sweet room with additonal cost. Be carefull your room is real deluxe sea view room.But we enjoy nice view and swimming. We want right booking and real deluxe sea view room.Hotel stuff, never say real standard room is our booked deluxe room, again. |

The room is on the seaside. The spa provided swimming facilities both in the pool and the sea are great. The location is within walking distance from a shopping area, restaurants and walking area. The internet service in the room did not work. I tried both the wireless and wire connection, and called for help several times but no result. The beach and main malls are more than 20 minutes by the taxi from the hotel. |

Breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean was a great start to the day. The old city was very close and when you had enough of that, then a swim in the pool that overlooked the Mediterranean was a great way to relax. They did not supply any complementary bottled water so we paid 50 cents for some water from a shop and put it in the fridge. We were rudely told that it was FORBIDDEN to use of the fridge for anything but their drinks and he took our water out of the fridge! We laughed and put it back as soon as he left. No one bothered us about it again for the rest of the week. |

the nature,design,resturant,beach... yes of course,the day 29 May 2009,at 06:00 A.M we left the hotel.The boy at the counter charged us one night more than our stay & even didn't accept to report it to the manager!! & dealt us very harshly!! made us angry just at the point of leave!! |

Staff very friendly. Perfect location-within walking distance of old centre, shops etc. Location and views perfect! Airconditioning in room did not work properly and we had to keep telling the staff that we wanted cold air coming out of ours which seemed to come as a surprise to them (temp was hitting 30* +)! Airconditioners go on/off automatically so you have no control over them. |

The view from our room was wonderful. The spa is phenominal and the distance to the old city is not bad at all! The alcohol prics were a bit steep. |

This hotel is one of the few hotels we enjoyed staying in, very clean, very comfortable, good size of rooms and nice sea side view, excellent breakfast, very generous, extreemly nice view on the terrace particularly on the morning, very nice garden to rest after meal, hotel is very generous in all aspect, very helpfull and freindly staff, well recommended. |

Otelin önündeki kanalizasyon çalışmaları nedeni ile çok sıkıntı çektik. Bu durum rezervasyon sırasında belirtilemedi. Hem trafik kesintisi, hem de gürültü hem toz konaklamamıza ve konforumuza kötü etki etti. Önceden bilgi verilmeli idi. |
