Very old hotel. Need serious renovation..

Personal was well educated and kind. Carpark was so useful.

Rooms was so poor and old. Bed was not comfortable, Furniture was so old.

This hotel was perfect for us. The location. It was just 10 minutes walk to the old city were many good restaurants were. It was beetween Lara beach and Konyalti beach. Lara beach - 20 minutes with bus. Konyalti -15 minutes with the tram. Busstation short way from the hotel and also the tram. The hotels private beach was fantastic. Not crowded . So nice people giving us beachtowels and good service.Just to jump in with good stairs into clear Meditteraineenwater. Lounge music - quiet, not noicy and young people were at the hotel. Must adult -not children. That was perfect for us.The hotelrooms -ok with nice beds and pillows. Hotel was a bit of 80:s and need maybe refreshing but I loved the hotel, 10 points-.I forgot to say - the breakfast ! Fantastic . Lots of turkish good food.

When we left the hotel and came to the airport we saw that one of the bags was missing.The hotel personal did bring the bags to the taxi.So..........we had to take taxi back to the hotel...wich took 45 minutes,and nearly we missed our plain!!!!!Also it was 80 lira we had to pay for the hotel personal didnt do their job.

Atmosphere overall is nice and swimming pool is very good. Best thing is beach is inside hotel, I mean you don't have to go out of hotel to go to beach like other hotels. Just go to underground level and beach is there along with swimming pool.

1- I paid my full stay in hotel through booking.com, but last day when I wanted to check out, I went to receptionist he asked me to 120 euros more for currency exchange, he said even that I paid full stay but during this period euro fall down so I have to pay difference!! I was shocked with this behavior and I left hotel without paying it!! 2- Another point they have only BBC news as English channel, I think they should some more English channels. 3- In my booking on booking.com I mentioned I want a double bed but when I arrived there it was 2 singles!!

Everything about our stay is perfect, friendly helpful staff.. Location and fantastic service.. We have stayed at the hotel before and i will definetly select same hotel again

Loved the private beach and swimming in Aegean. Enjoyed Turkish bath/massage at spa. Great breakfast and price is fantastic for what you get. Friendly and helpful desk staff.

In spa credit card/debit machine was broken and we had to scramble to pay cash. It was also hard to get change from spa desk to give tips to our massage/bath ladies. If machine doesn't work, they need to have a backup so people can pay with cards or you should be able to charge it to your room.

It's situation and all the facilites with a fantastic sea view.

The carpets need to be changed and the food and drinks are too expensive.

Location and beach are great

very old rooms and decoration. i was staying in the same hotel 20 years ago , difference is old furnitures , old carpets , old everthing. Now this hotel looks like 3star and forgotten by their owner Divan.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The staff very unfriendly... The hotel is very far from being 5 stars... The hotel building and furniture is very very very old... The bed matresses as u are sleeping on floor..... One of the worest ever 5 stars hotels.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach area -- an expansive concrete shelf (largest in the city) -- is fantastic. The staff working at the diving center associated with the hotel are very helpful and informative. The location is fantastic. The hotel was an incredible value.

No brush for toilet Can be embarrassing or messy or both How do they expect the guest to clean shit sticking to inside of the toilet? .

The location, facilites and the price of rooms + room service

The hotel staff were not friendly as they should, so they need to be trained how to treat customers better and give them all the help and hospitality they need. Also the Hotel needs some improvements in order to reach perfection which are as follows: 1. The carpet + curtains in the hotel needs to be replaced as they all are too old. 2. Pest control is needed as well as I have noticed some insects in my room 3. AC is needed in the corridors in the floors as there was no AC

I think they shoud be more clean and improve the room and teach the staf how to deal with customer

I really enjoyed the breakfast food and the excellent scenery of the Mediteranean.

I missed having access to a water fountain. (silly i know) stock up on bottle water for your room if you go to Divan, or anywhere in Antalya for that matter.

it was wonderfull hotel

Hotel is very close to the city center and only 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport. Price was reasonably low. Beach and pool are nice, food is good. Hotel is a good choice if you don't want to go far from Antalya (as taxi will cost you another 100-150 EUR one way).

Hotel rooms are not 5* - they are big but very old. Bed is uncomfortable. Bach is not sandy, it's part of the solid rock with a staircase, so if you travel with children, it won't be comfortable.

Great location, no children, quite place for relaxing vacation.

Everything was great! The sea was amazing! Close to the Old Town! We loved it!
