We stayed for three nights, the staff were welcoming and helpful, great location and very peaceful with wonderful terrace overlooking urgup
Wifi was sometimes limited and hot water wasnt very hot.
Nice cozy hotel with the village zest. Located away from the center it's really quiet and peaceful. Make an effort, wake up at the sunrise and watch the balloons
It looks a bit overrated. WiFi is a problem - if you plan to use Internet extensively reserve some patience. Breakfasts are very modest - especially if you plan a big day sightseeing. If they could learn to make fried eggs it would be great
Very nice and big cave-room in the rock with good beds
Poor breakfast in a poor room
We had a great 4 days... Thank you very much for Friendly Atmosphere of the hotel...
The owner spoke excellent English and was a great source of information. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling and gave us a great start to the next day's activities. Rooms were filled with traditional seating cushioned benches and firm but comfortable beds with nice linens. We slept in the three cave rooms and was impressed with the size and spaciousness of them. Even the smallest room had two singles beds in it and the other two could easily sleep three and the largest one could probably have had a fourth bed dragged in if needed. There is a nice roof terrace with a great view and dining room up on the first floor. Tea and coffee were available on demand and happily provided. If you want to eat dinner at the hotel you can but you need to make a booking in advance. We ate out - there are lots of restaurant and several good ones within walking distance of the hotel also a winery should you want to do a tasting (we did not do this this time but did visit the same place on our last visit). We would definitely stay here again and in fact friends of ours are booked in this week and we have passed the information on to several other potential visitors. Good comfortable value for money.
There was not really anything major at all! I had a hard time finding one light switch before I went to bed (interesting location pretty much behind a couch cushion!) and when all lights are out boy those cave rooms are DARK!! (I know what else would you expect from a cave!! I think it would be good if it was made clear that dinner in the hotel needs to be reserved well in advance and to support that it might be good if they showed prospective guests the menu and let them book in advance if they want to eat in.
The room digged into the rock was amazing. You feel like an ancient Cappadocian.
The bathtub was leaking water, even after we asked the reception to repair it.
