Antis Hotel-Special Category  

Good location, about 300m from public transport and next to Aya Sofya. Very clean and room .The staff was polite and helpful.Also, the decoration is magnificent.

It is located next to the railway and the noise from the trains is a huge problem.Train pass every hour at least.the first day we stayed in another hotel because they told us it was full!-a fact which is unacceptable for a 4star hotel.good breakfast but it needs some improvements.finnally, there is no good soundproof at all.we woke up many times from talks in the next room.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Although the location was close to the main tourist area, there was a train passing 100m from the hotel every 15min.

The location is convenient, being at walking distance from all the major attractions.

Booked room not available, which was not informed whilst checking in. Had to request a partial refund for the downgrade. This should've been informed/resolved during checking in.

staff are very friendly i got on with them very well. they are very helpfull. breakfast is good and plenty. rooms are very clean and there is no smell in the bathroom like other hotels. i have enjoyed my stay there very much and will go there again.

the rooms are not as big as i expected and not like the photos but all the hotels in the area are very small. all the major attraction are close and the tram station is abouit 10 to 15 minutes walk. the main prblem is that it is an uphill walk and it is very tiring. you can get a taxi though just ask at the recieption.

Öncelikle otelin bulunduğu konum itibarıyla tarihi yarım adada bulunması nedeniyle tarihi yerler ulaşılması ve eşsiz teras manzarası ile büyük bir avantaja sahip. Otelin konforu ve sunulan hizmet bakımında 5 yıldızlı bir oteli aratmayacak bir konforda.Hijyen yönünden ise ev rahatlığı sunmakta. Otel çalışanlarından ve servisten söz etmek gerekirse gayet kibar ve yardımseverler. Her türlü sorununuzu çözmek için elinden geleni yapıyorlar. Son olarak otelin müşterilerine hava alanından sunduğu servis hizmeti ise size ayrıcaklı olduğunuz hissettiyor. Bu yüzden bundan sonraki ziyaretlerimde tercihim yine Antis Otel olacak.

لم يعجبني مدير استقبال الفندق كان تعامله جدا سيئ معي بعكس عامله مع الاوربيين بسبب اني رفضت توصيلي من المطار الى الفندق ب 25 يورو وقد سبب ازعاج في لوبي الفندق وهو مبلغ مبالغف فيه جدا بحكم قرب المطار اما باقي الطاقم جيد ونظافة الغرف ممتازه I did not like the hotel reception manager was dealing with me very badly treated in contrast with the Europeans because I declined to be conductive to the airport to the hotel at 25 euros was the cause of disturbance in the hotel lobby Mbaghaff an amount which is very near the airport, either by virtue of the rest of the crew good clean rooms and excellent

La ubicacion es muy buena, muy cerca de los mejores sitios. La terraza muy agradable y muy buenas vistas.

Lo de vistas a la ciudad puede no ser verdad, pus no es asi propiamente dicho.

Il Panorama è davvero bello !

Peccato per lo staff dell'albergo che è davvero pessimo ! Comunque la gestione non è buona e hanno sbagliato a darmi la camera per fortuna con la suite ! Il problema è che c'è la ferrovia che passa sotto le finestre . Come posizione è buona ma lo staff approfitta con il loro servizio shuttle o taxi che fanno pagare di più !!

L'infrastruttura è nuova e pulita, si trova vicinissimo a Santa Sofia pertanto è molto comodo. Il prezzo però non vale l'albergo, 125 euro a notte sono troppe per questo albergo che in italia sarebbe un 3 stelle.

Lo staff è inadeguato ed in parecchie occasioni si è mostrato maleducato. Al nostro arrivo avevano smarrito la prenotazione e non avendo altre camere a disposizione ci hanno mandato nell'albergo di fronte che però ci ha fatto alloggiare in una camera al seminterrato. Per farsi perdonare il giorno dopo ci hanno dato una suite per il resto del soggiorno e ci hanno promesso una cena gratuita. A questa cena però abbiamo dovuto pagare I drink e il menu era piuttosto povero (pollo coi peperoni). Il consierge poi ci ha voluto propinare una gita bus & boat facendoci un prezzo all inclusive, ma alla sosta ad un museo abbiamo dovuto pagare la differenza. Al rientro in hotel ho chiesto un risarcimento che si sono rifiutati di darmi. Anzi si sono rivolti con tono offensivo nei mie riguardi strappandomi I biglietti del museo dalle mani e stracciandoli. Il facchino al momento del check-out ha rifiutato una mancia in monete pretendendo le banconote (più soldi). Insomma lo staff è inadeguato a qualsiasi albergo di qualunque categoria. Albergo fortemente sconsigliato. Possono trasfromare il vostro soggiorno in buon albego in un incubo.

La ubicación y la limpieza. Todos los trabajadores eran muy amables y serviciales.

Si, el ruido (está al lado de la vía del tren) y que tuviéramos que pasar la primera noche en otro hotel concertado con ellos de peor categoría.

Camera di piccole dimensioni, pessima posizione per lo scarico bagagli.Parcheggio moto proposto in pessime condizioni.

La excelente ubicación

Muy ruidoso. Las pareces son de papel, y al lado existe una via de tren, por la que cada vez que pasa un tren tiembla todo el edificio. El desayuno buffe es ridículo.
