The owner of the hotel is very nice and friendly. The singing dog is very lovely and impressive. The top roof is very conforable with nice view and bbq at night and breakfast in the morning. The bathroom is too small but nothing you can do about it as it is a old house.

Good location offers good view but quite difficult to find as it is hided in small lane of complicated area. The hotel's owner, Sandra, is wonderful and she does everything by herself to ensure that you will have good time staying at her hotel. There's nothing I don't like about this place. What I want to suggest is for Booking.com as your website stated that the hotel accepts credit cards but your website should stated that the hotel accepts credit card with some charge (I didn't remember how much but it's more than 3 per cent which is quite high). Many hotels in Turkey did that and we felt that we've forced to pay in cash as it's saver. However this effect our pocket money as we plan to use credit cards for accommodations.

The staff friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was lovelly to have as a place to relax and for breakfast in the morning. The hotel is well situated in the old town, but easy to walk to all places of interest, about 5 mins from the port. I enjoyed the balcony sitting in the evenings before going out. The bathroom could do with updating and another power point would have helped. The room was small.

Loved having Sandra take care of us! She is a lovely Australian woman who was helpful with all aspects of our stay (booking tours to ephesus, pointing out the good restaurants etc). Other things we thought great: the book swap, the rooftop terrace (with the view of kusadasi and the water - magnificent), the breakfast served each morning on the terrace (great coffee, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, fresh bread, fresh vegetables). Also, proximity to the main area of town was excellent, I counted 200 steps to the bazaar and main shopping street. Only minor thing is finding it! We walked from the bus station with our tramping packs, and there were a few steep streets to walk up if you got it wrong. Sandra recommends getting a taxi, and she will pay a portion of the fare by reducing the room rate so you can arrive without hassle - not bad really! If you are going to walk, grab the gps coordinates from the details on this website to streamline your arrival.

The host is kind and friendly, and the view at the roof is wonderful. The room is clean and tidy. And the price is very reasonable ! A little far away from the main road, thus it is near to the town centre.

“The rooms were immaculate and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was just right, the pool lovely, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and additional charges for evening meals, drink and other services were very reasonable. Thoroughly recommended.” Mike, Cambridge |
