The staff here are very helpful, they organised tours to Troy and Gallipoli for us, had one of the staff members walk us down to the ferry port and buy our tickets for us, they gave us tea and cake on arrival when they heard us say we were hungry, they called a taxi for us for our return trip to the airport. the location is great, it is only a 5 minute walk to the ferry port where you catch the ferry acros to Gallipoli (15-20 minutes across the ocean), it is half an hour on bus from the city of Troy, and it is a 20 minute walk to a decent enough beach. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, but very yummy. The room was clean and comfortable, we had a small balcony, air conditioning, a huge bed and hot water. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Nothing.

I arrived to the Hotel with the family after being in Istanbul. Anzac Hotel was a lot better that the place we had in Istanbul. The room was comfortable and spacious (we had a 3.5 yr old and a toddler). It fitted a cot and we still could move around without bumping each other. The staff was very courteous, helpful, informative. The restaurant where they have breakfast was very nice and had good food. The Hotel was very well located. We had a great time there!

cheap hotel with adequate room and facilities Very noisy at night largely due to location on square which is central recreational area of town. Also very powerful amplified "doof, doof, doof.. " from the disco/bar directly next door for the whole night. We requested a quiet room and were indeed given one at back of hotel, but even there had this thumping disco beat coming right through the walls most of the night. For a very sound sleeper, or a hearing iparied person, this hotel would be a good deal particularly at its price. For a light sleeper, it will be a disaster.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and great value for the money. The staff were amazing, and they were booked all of our tours for Troy and Gallipoli - completely hassle free. I loved everything.

Location Not much information about public transport, ie where to buy tickets to istanbul, we walked to where we were told the main bus station was only to catch a cab back to where we started. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was not fresh and the coffee undrinkable

newly refurbished, the variety of breakfast food is better than average (of hotels in Turkey at the same rate), helpful staff Bed arrangement. it seems that the room that we occupied is enough for 3 single beds only. So, the space is compromised when it's filled with 4 beds as in our case.

Location and proximity to waterfront. We did not like the: Booking.com rating of 3 star facility Guest rating of 8.2 was not realistic and way over rated. Breakfast was basic compared to other hotels Bathroom was disgusting Room and hotel was of a run down condition

Conveniently situated close to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was of reasonable quality. Lack of parking on site, although the hotel has an agreement with a parking nearby at reasonable price.

The location was excellent, close to the ferry and next to the Clock Tower Square. Staff were extremely helpful and informative, organised tours and parked the car. Sleeping accomodation was nice and clean and breakfast was fine but average. Overall, satisfied the family needs and was well liked by all.
