Free entry to water park made this holiday worth it. Food was nice but was not very cried after a few days - breakfast was the same every day. We had a family suite which had two bedrooms - perfect for us but the double bed's duvet was too small for the bed which was incredibly annoying. The kids club and disco were fab and the girls there - Sarah and Sandra - deserve a medal! Plenty of sunbeds and the pools were clean. Lots of kids areas though the beach wasn't so nice as the sand was thick and dark. The entertainments staff worked hard and all shows were done in English, French, German, Dutch and Turkish which impressed me. There is a lack of English with some of the staff but I speak a little Turkish so it worked for us. The ham am was wonderful and even my kids loved it.
The wasps - they were everywhere and really spoiled our enjoyment of eating and drinking outside. The staff at the bars were disinterested and appeared bored. There were many extra hidden costs but the hotel were good at pointing these out. Only being able to change towels at two points throughout the resort, none of which were anywhere near our room.
Water park Location (proximity to Ephesus) All-inclusive
Crowded with kids Staff with limited English very large and very spread out
Excellent customer service, good food and entertainment
Lack of transport to and from the airport. The hotel should think of providing reasonable transport as taxis can be expensive
Some staff was not at all helpfull
- The place was huge and there were plenty of things to do, which makes you not feel the crowd (several s.pools, aquapark, sea etc.) - Overall good value for money - Occasional live music at the lobby bar was pleasant
- The biggest issue was the WiFi. If you are a 5-star hotel and offering all inclusive service, it seems ridiculous to me that you bother your customers with WiFi fee (and reception from the room wasn't very good) - Food was generally good, but there could be more variety of grilled meat
This was our first all inclusive holiday & we loved it!! I'm a vegetarian & I was worried before I went that I wouldn't have much choice but I was so wrong!! The food is fabulous. Breakfast time was my favourite!! Staff are lovely. They love children especially little ones. Our 2 year old daughter was like a celeb over there with all the staff! Everywhere is very clean. So many gorgeous pools to choose from!! The waterpark is amazing! Great beach you can take out paddle boats & canoes for free. They have jet skis etc that you have to pay for but that's to be expected. Our family room was lovely. I read some reviews on trip advisor before we went & people really complain about the most ridiculous things. While we were there having dinner one night a customer complained his chicken was too greasy! Seriously it was fried chicken!! & also the food is a buffet so if you don't like it go back & pick something else! You can eat as much as you want & there is so much choice! Some people love to complain, it drives me mad! Kids club was brilliant our 6 year old daughter loved it! She was gone nearly 6 hours a day at 3 intervals...she didn't want to be with us at all. She was a kids club fanatic!! 10am to 12pm & then 3pm to 5pm & the last one was the best as they had kids club at 6.45pm to 8.15pm & all the kids had dinner together & watched a movie afterwards & it meant that the parents could have dinner alone in peace every evening, we didn't as we have a 2 year old ha ha! Kids club is from 4yrs upwards but It was great! After dinner was the kids disco until 9pm which both our daughters loved! Then every night they but on a show & they were brilliant! Ice Age & Grease were the highlights for us! We were really happy with everything & we cannot wait to go back! Oh also we went to the spa!! Really reccomend!! Great value I had 2 treatments for 2hrs for only €65!! Get a Turkish Bath done...
I loved it all but my husband found the bed hard. Also the sand is very dark on the beach & it looks like mud when its wet. it didn't bother me at all but my husband wasn't impressed & some other guests that we spoke too were complaining about it too. Seriously it's only sand but if you want white beaches you'll have to go somewhere else. My husband used the Gym & alot of the machines were broken & the jaccuzi. All only minor things, great place
Indoor facilities Aqua park onsite was excellent
Power cuts Food was bland
waterpark food all day (though not great) plenty of pools and a beach lots of space to roam around soccer pitch
the beds were thin mattresses and extremely uncomfortable free wifi hardly worked, we had to pay 2 Euro/day to use it and half the time it didn't work the food wasn't very fresh and tasted like inexpensive cafeteria food
Rooms are modern, spacious and clean (on World side) and Pools were nice although not overly clean. Staff were helpful and reasonable value for money compared to some of the other resorts in the area. Ideal location to visit Ephesus where cheap minibus drives regularly. Trip is only around 20mins
We all fell sick about half way through our stay and reading previous reviews it is likely we contracted cryptosporidium or something similar. Suspect this may have been from pool water as food & kitchens looked clean. The restaurants were very crowded but I guess you expect that at these type of all inclusive resorts.
Receptionists... They were really rude. I am wondering how such a fabulous hotel has receptionists like them!
- Illimited aquapark access for hotel customers - NIce food quality - Nice pools
- Self service restaurants crowded and not very romantic - Inside public spaces a little old fashioned - Rooms lack some sound proofing - This hotel is more for families than couples
Loved the all inclusive, staff, cleaniness, and the fact that you did not have to leave the hotel for anything. The stores and food made have any and everything you would need while traveling.
Great overall hotel. I am from the U.S. I was not expecting a room with two beds and then for it to be two twin beds. The internet worked but for only one gadget at a time and if you wanted to download a movie forget it. But you could get on the internet.
There is not any adult services such as nude beach.
I spent 6 days in this spectacular hotel when British embassy refused my visa application for a holiday visit with my family with nonsense so called reasons but I think it was a divine gift. I think almost everything was very good or better than my best expectations. Aqua park on its own is quite sufficient for a full week of entertainment especially if your children accompany you.Food was nothing less than excellent. Parking place was quite convenient. Beach is fantastic. Gym was very helpful or I could have put on even more than 5 pounds with no difficulty! I appréciâte Metin's help for changing my room just as I asked for.At last I wish thé staff could have had a smile on their faces as well, maybe they were too tired to do so. They let us have our last lunch there after checkout just as I asked about it and I appréciâte it as a sign of their generous turkish hospitality.
If you try to get there from Selguk side by your own car you can easily miss the hotel sign and get lost. Internet is far from acceptable but I dont think that was very imprtant for this beautiful place so you'd have more time to enjoy your time in better ways.
We were impressed by size of territory of both hotel and aquapark. This is like a small city. It has everything. First day we needed a map to get around. Everything was just perfect. Hotel's high rating here is well deserved.
On the beach sand is a bit too dark. Thats why it feels like it is dirty. But in reality it is not. You have so many great pools in hotel that it is not a big deal though.
The hotel was normal
The doctor and the life guards the doctor in that place is just a spoof my son got an accident cos of the slippy steps of children slides and his lips injured a little it was blooding a little and the although his lips was not blooding any more the doctor recommend suture for him and when I refused to do this he give me an invoice of 70 euros for doing nothing so if you are going to the aqua park be careful about this spoof man
The concept, the facilities, the entertainment, the room, the aqua park,
The staff is not smiling, of course their are all tired after serving so many people, buy you get the idea that they don't care. And more important, their English knowledge is very poor, also for the aqua park staff. The front desk staff needs to improve their English, as well. The food could have more variation...
Beach was ok. Waterpark ok with older kids, younger under 120 cm, less so. Our was large and peaceful. Totally geared to kids - if thats what your after.
The game show type entertainment. Music in beach bar. Karaoke etc. If looking for romantic holiday or peaceful place to enjoy a glass of wine looking at sunset - some other place Will be better choice.
Rides for children
Activities & facilities. Food & drink
Service on rooms varied not cleaned fully daily
Only the aqua park
Treated the way some of the staff is very bad
One of the best holiday we had. Good location, much better water park than we imagined.. We lived in the water literally and came out only to eat and sleep. It has got plenty to offer for all ages.. Good staff, tried to help us to their best.. Very good food.. Plenty of choices.. Will sure come back!!
The only down side I can think of was room service.. Missed cleaning one day.. And when they did, it wasn't as would expect in a 5 star hotel/resort.. All the bed linens were so creased and not setup nicely at all.. It didn't matter too much really.. Would still rate it 5 stars!!
Nothing really special comparing superb hotels in Turkey. Everything was quite normal
1- Poor Internet connection ( with daily charge) 2- Lots of thing are extra 3- Just one bottle of water in the room 4- none professional bar tenders 5- Poor english of staff
Definitely not a 5 star resort. I felt a child at a school camp whilst being served my meals in the mess. Everything was unhygienic in the restaurants. The beach is not a beach but a sewerage plant. How can one swim in muddy waters and called it a beach. The staff could not bring a smile to their face. It appeared they did not want to be there at all.
