We stayed at room 803. It has a spectacular view. Melon service at 5 pm was refreshing. Also the beach is beautiful. Nothing more than a pension. Bad value for money. No elevators. You need to climb 8 storeys. It might not be good for old people or families with children. We stayed at room 803 which is an attic. You cannot stand at most parts of the room. Even though the room has a spectacular view, you need to get out to the balcony to see it.

Location was great. Quiet. A short walk from Kas centre. Fabulous views. No lift - so only ok if you don't mind stairs. Good value for money.

Maybe the location - the rest of our experience is only negativ! The room was dirty and the smell was horrible! The smell from mold and sewage in combination and you couldn´t get rid of it. The hotel needs a huge renovation! I would never recommend anyone to go there - choose another hotel!!!

Myself and my husband and another couple had been traveling through Turkey for the previous 2 weeks. We wanted to spend the night in Kas and stumbled upon the Aqua Princess through Booking.Com. What a pleasant surprize! The staff was very pleasant and the location suited us perfectly as while it was furthest away from the center of town (maybe a short 10 minute walk), it was nice and quiet. The only possible negative point for elderly or physically disabled persons - there is no elevator so be prepared for a hike up (we were on the top floor (8th). Don't let that deter you though, just request to be on a lower floor! Thanks for the great time! Sandy & Phil from Vancouver, Canada

Beautiful view from the balcony over the harbour and the sea. Superb swimming spot just out the front of the hotel. The water is so clear. The hotel is in a quiet location but still only a short walk into town. The staff were very helpful.

Its not a luxury hotel but it is a very good value for the location (a short and pleasant walking distance from everything and right on the sea) Where else can you get a seaside hotel with an amazing view and direct access to the water for such a reasonable price??? Rooms are simple, breakfast really good, and balconies/views are really terrific. However, the hotel is a bit bigger and less personal than we typically enjoy. Those who complain about the stairs.... need to diet. They are absolutely no big deal and the reason that the hotel has breath taking views! Our room smelled terrible but they attempted to take care of it. It was just after some pretty heavy rains so we think that may have been the reason for the odor (coming from the drains in the bathroom). check your room first.

Wonderfull sea view and perfect sunset. Our room had a large fridge and 2 balconies. Staff were polite and helpful especially the lady in the breakfast area. She had a natural approach to all the guests. We had to keep the bathroom door shut because of the continous smell. Our room was on the top floor and sadly there was no lift but none of the hotels in Kas has a lift.

The hotel location is excellent. Beautiful views of the sea and islands and only a short stroll to the shops, bars, restaurants etc. The hotel was very nice though could do with updating/redecorating. This hotel would not be good for anyone who does not like steps! Very steep. No toilet in beach bar area - had to walk up steps from beach - across road - and up 5 flights of stairs to nearest toilet!

The best thing about this hotel is the helpful and kind approach of the staff. There is a dedicated beach to the guests. Location is very close to the city center. The facilities (room, lobby, restaurant, etc) are very old and need renovation or replacement. Hotel has steep stairs and no elevator. It was pretty difficult for the elderly people to reach their rooms.

The morning-view from the restaurant. The view from the rooms with seaview. The breakfast (we did not have other meals). Most of the staff were good English speaking and very helpful. The location close to Kas, with all the possibilities of exploring the nature and the history of Turkey. The miss of elevator, good for your health. The beach area of the hotel Short distance/good transportation to other beaches. The pool area was too small - there was not enough space for the sunbeds The balcony with seaview need some shade in summertime

We stayed in August 2011 for one week in rooms 403 on the top floor of the hotel. It is right on the front with spectacular views towards Kas harbour and out to sea over the Islands. The hotel and its staff were great. There is only one problem, the hotel has no lift to the floors so would be difficult for thouse with walking problems. For those with no problems the views from the front rooms are worth all the effort. The Hotel has its own beach platforms and the added bonus is a free taxi to another Hotel beach on the peninsular that is even better for swimming and snorkaling. We were B&B so cannot comment on evening meals but the breakfast was good.A special mention for the mannager who is a realy great guy. We have no complaints with this hotel or its staff

Kas is a unique, special place for people who hate typical 'all included' crowded and noisy resorts. For people who like swimming, boating, sea kayaking, diving, etc., this is a real 'Turkish Paradise'. And Aqua Princess has probably the best location is Kas, short walk to everything. Also the chef is very good. This is only 3 stars hotel, no lifts and other fancies, but probably the best value for money you can get. This was our 4 stay here in last 6 years, and we plan to be back next year. Nothing really serious, but for travelers like us, a simple scale in the reception, to be rented if needed, would help. Those days airlines are pretty annoying with their precise interpretation of luggage weight limits. There are some nice things to buy in Kas, and estimating is the weight is less then 20 or 23, etc., kg, is tricky.

This hotel is in a lovely position with superb views to the sea from every room. The staff were very helpful and due to a medical problem which arose, were very caring and worried for me. I stayed on 2 occasions and although there were many stairs and no lift, a bell-boy was only too happy to carry my bags to the room. The many stairs but the view is worth it. Music a little heavy and loud during breakfast.

We had an excellent stay in the prime location of Kas, on the Turkish Mediterranean. The hotel's staff was very helpful, courteous and prompt - particularly in arranging drivers, side trips and special services. The room was somewhat older in terms of furnishings, but entirely adequate and comfortable. The pool was excellent and available throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied and the food quality was excellent. All in all, our stay at the Aqua Princess was the high point of our 3-week stay in Turkey. The balcony was a big plus. There was a lot of fast scooter traffic in front of this hotel, a problem shared with several hotels that fronted on a relatively narrow street. The city of Kas needs to be a bit more rigorous in imposing constraints. This is not a problem that is specific to the Aqua Princess. The hot water wasn't operating twice while we were there, hopefully not an ongoing problem. The wi-fi was on the weak side.

This hotel is a great find. It is our second stay there in beautiful Kas, and we will return again- the staff are friendly and very helpful, the location is excellent- quiet, but close to (5 mins) the main Kas centre (which is a small quiet place too). Breakfast is lovely (Turkish, and cooked). There are lovely comfy sofa style sun beds.. I can't rate this place highly enough.
