The room was very nice, clean and with brilliant decoration. It covered all needed requirements (TV, A/C, heating, hot water, no external noises, etc.) and is rather close to Hagia Sofia, Top Kapi, Blue Mosque. The personnel was very good, were speaking english, helpful and try to cover all our needs. The best points of the hotel are location, cleaningness and desoration of the room and the fact that carries great value for money. The only issue we had is that due to religious bank holiday on our arrival, there was noone to transfer us from the airport to the Hotel as agreed. When we arrived to the Hotel the receptionist was very sorry for that incident and he arranged a free way back to the airport. |

the staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for sight seeing and shopping ,especially in the bazaars I would have liked to have had freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast! also it would be nice to have a bar in a separate room away from the lobby |

Location, clean and good equiped room. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel should provide us a free transfer to or from the airport because it was mentioned as an important information at your site starting October 10th until November 23th. It`s not fair you and the reception promise us something that you can not or won`t provide. |

Hotel was clean and tidy / close to tourist attractions and shopping (grand bazaar ) Close to light rail for sightseeing around the city and to and from the airport. Rooms not large but comfortable enough for two people with reasonable luggage. Would recommend. |

The hotel is conviently situated in the old city.As we were there for a short time we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, as we were too busy sight seeing. However the hotel was comfortable, we had no complaints. |

Close to attractions. Staff (except one when we checked out) are wonderful & approachable. Rooms x04 very small. Rooms x07 & x06 livable. Others are standard, but all have the same rate?? Bathrooms are very small. Breakfast options same daily. |

The location Although we have booked 3 months begore our arrival and we have sent an e-mail to the hotel to confirm our reservation, when we arrived they informed us in the begining that there is no booking with our name and the hotel is full. Therefore we went to another hotel for the firts night until they arranged rooms for us. |

Good hotel for a city trip. In the middle of all main tourist attractions in the old centre. Good value for money but for more comfort next time I would prefer a hotel with swimming pool along the Bosphorus or in the Nisantasi or Tunel area. |

I arrived at 04:00 am on 12/07/09 no shuttel in the airport !!when I arrived at the hotel i,v been told that there are no rooms now !!! tell 09:30 am they give me one room ( we are 6persones+infante !!!!!!!! More freindly staff + more choises in breakfaste |

-the bed was comfortable, the breakfast, the hotel was close to points of interest the room was not vacuumed-i found a pill under the bed; no free parking; the staff was not very kind; we ask for an invoice and they did not understand; very noisy room, we hear everything that happens on the street |

The hotel is located right in the centre of Sultanahment - the most beautiful district in Istanbul. It is very easy to get to anywhere from the hotel. It was a bit weird - we had a luxury suit with a gorgeous view. It was definitely for 2 people but we had only 1 blanket and one bathrobe. so it would be nice to have everything in 2 pieces :) |
