l have only stay one night at arena hotel but that was enough to impress me.At the entrance there was a lovely stuff very helpful and answered my all boring question very kindly.When l get into the room it was really cool cus the stuff started the air condition before l get into the room.l ate at their glorious restaurant which was marvellous also.In my short trip l could visit lots of historical places cus the hotel is in front of all.lm surely gonna book this hotel longer period and with my family and friends.Thank you for your lovely welcoming stuff.l will be back!! |

Convenience of central location: some rooms had sea view: excellent choice for breakfast, though dining room small, occasioning waiting. Very congenial welcome slightly undermined by pressure to purchase tour guides and trips which we did not want |

Easy 5 minute walking distance to old city centre and main attractions , near to tram transport system for moving around city ,and main street for restaurants and shops .Hotel Breakfast is continental and good variety available . Evening restaurant food is good . Cost of evrything in hotel was in Euro , and not Lira , so beware of what currency is being charged ,or you could have a bill 50% more than expected for hotel services ,restaurant etc |

God og venlig modtagelse. Prisniveau og beliggenhed lever ikke helt op til prisniveauet. Specielt kan restauranten slet ikke lev op til det høje prisniveau, som i øvrigt blev afregnet i EUR og ikke i TRY. Priserne i restaurantens spisekort skal være i TRY og IKKE i EUR !! Føles som snyd, da prisniveauet dermed der dobbelt så høj. |

La cortesia del personale, il transfert da e per l'aeroporto. Il prezzo è un pò alto per la camera, considerando che per la Sultan si spendono 139 euro al giorno con un bagno piccolo solo con doccia e materassi scomodi. Ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più dopo aver visto le foto del sito. |

Sehr nette, aufmerksame Hotel-Angestellte. Die Lage zu den wichtigsten Sehenswuertigkeiten - auch zum Grand Bazaar - ist optimal. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. das grosse Fruehstuecksbufet - an und fuersich sehr gut - ist eher auf tuerkische Gaeste zugeschnitten |

Профессиональная подготовка персонала и желание помочь гостям.Стильный дизайн,создающий уютную атмосферу. Была подтверждена бронь на двухкомнатный номер для курящих.Но в отеле курение ЗАПРЕЩЕНО! А за комнату выдана маленькая прихожая,отделенная от спальни шторкой.Площадь всего номера около 20 кв.м..Это полностью не соответсвует моим пожеланиям! В итоге,цена для такого номера,на мой взгляд завышена в два раза!Кроме того,в номере элементарно не хватает мебели - большая часть вещей осталась в чемоданах. |
