Warm and friendly welcome, conveniently located nearby sightseeing attractions, good food, clean, rooms with seaview The porter would not leave from the door until you give him a tip (probably seen in American films) hotel-organized airport tansfer costs EUR 50,-- (round trip) in room 304 there is a constant noise from running water in pipes), invoice was not presented at check-out |

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, they offer advice about what to see and what to do. The hotel restaurant in very pleasant, and has a warm feel about it , also the food is very good. The rooms are decorated very nice. If you have a car, the hotel is one of the few in this area that has its own private parking (capacity of 4-5 cars) and is free of charge. Some of the rooms are very small, I was given at first a very small room with a small bathroom, but the next day I was given a new bigger room, no questions asked and no extra charge. I did not like that the wall of the rooms are very thin and you can hear noises from the rooms above and the ones next to you. |

The hotel is in the Sultanhamet area, so, only a 3 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc The staff during my visit were friendly and professional. The room was clean and smart. I could just about see the Marmara Sea from my window. I didnt try out the Turkish bath or Spa facility, so, I cant comment on those. The only small downside was that it is situated right next to a mosque, so the call to prayer at 06:15hrs wasnt so welcome. It did, however, ensure you were set for a great day of exploring his wonderful city. |

I most appreciated its convenient yet quiet location, cosy atmosphere and helpful staff. I also enjoyed the interior decoration of the main entrance area as well as the room itself. I think it would be much nicer to be able to look at the sea through a bit bigger window (I stayed in one of the attic rooms). |

Location, very close to the Blue Mosk (5min walking) They're tearing down a building to put something new right next to the hotel;tons of dust in the room, noise 7days a week (also on Sunday) starting early in the morning. If noise is an issue, stay away from here in the coming year/ 2years.Turkish bath/hammam not included in the room price (shame!!it's nowhere mentioned). Our room (n206) was falling apart: shower broken, minibar broken, tv cable not functional, only 1 electricity socket available in the room but broken. Small room, we had to stay with the luggages in the hall for 4 days! Not enough tables in the breakfast room to accomodate all guests(families staying in the queue). We complained with staff but they mentioned that we already got the lowest fare with booking.com,unacceptable!! |

Convenient location for main tourist attractions Room 104 lies directly underneath the reception resulting in disturbances from constant movement above into the night. In addition, this specific room has limited natural light due to partially looking out directly at a wall. Suggest to insist on your booking not to have 104 and preference for upper floors. |

Close to tourist sites. Helpful and very pleasant staff. Booked a junior suite room which seemed to be no larger than a normal double room which was disappointing. Some smoke smells in the room on occasion. Needed a new shower curtain. |

It is centrally located for seeing Istanbul. The first night they gave us the room that we felt was not what we had booked. They shifted us to better room the next day on our insistence. The Turkish Bath could not be taken because there was a mix up on the masseuers timings . |
