Staff ,one speaks English.Hotel in the centre of the old city.Certain rooms are better,but you may be given an unwanted room if you are not careful and trust the hotel.The room given to us was not having proper electricity and had a blocked bath! after our objection on hygien condition in the room we got a better room and we believe that was the luxury double room we actually paid for ! This room was really a good one and lot better hygiene wise. The big issue is all verbal agreements.One person promises one thing and when the next person takes over he will not understand a word.Nothing is recorded for the next duty staff even in their own language ! perhaps this is how they work. For eg ;one duty person booked the Taxi for a fixed price, told the other person at least twice in front of us about the fixed price,next day the person calls a taxi,does not speak aword of English,no notes for us or him,Taxi charged almost twice the agreed fixed price! whome to complain? |

the rooms were comfortable bot there was no safe in the room the evening menu was poor we were served chicken five times in the week and no desert |

Location was excellent in the heart of old Antalya convenient for sites harbour shopping and public transport.The room was large and airy and air conditioned. Good swimming pool for cooling off. Manager very helpful. Our stay was limited so can not comment on tours etc |

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i den gamle by, men med ro og uforstyrrethed. Dejlig gårdhave med pool. Vældig dygtig mand i receptionen. God service. Vi havde to forskellige dejlige værelser med balkon. Måske skulle de droppe den inkluderede middag, som ikke var særlig interessant. |
